I would like to request a refund…not happy

This is supposed to be word-press plug in. It is obvious the average word press user cannot navigate around S2 member pro without advanced developer knowledge. I bought this a few months back, but only recently soft launched. So, we were not properly aware of the issues until this week. The problem is that customers can use their own credit cards on my site directly, but the payments do not go to my Paypal account! After spending hours trying to figure this out and talking with paypal…I have had enough.

For the amount of time I have already spent trying to figure this out, I could have simply hired a programmer. Even the sum of 69 was a poor investment for this product which has cost me far, far more in sales.

The entire point of paying for a word press plug in is that it is supposed to be easy to use! This is nowhere near easy to use and Paypal assures me the issues I am having should not occur.

I can’t even get your program to generate a new payment button! Something is wrong.

I cannot contact a live support person and am limited to hopefully receiving an email response in a few days. That is unacceptable when my website is down and cannot process sales!
