My web site is http://www.AppleTutorial.com It is a video tutorial web site. I wish to restrict 95 percent of the videos and allow access to paid users. Using the free version, one customer has paid. I restricted access the Video Posts by putting a “Video” Tag in all videos posts I wished to restricted. I also put this “Video” tag in the Tag Access Restrictions under members 1,2, and 3. The customer paid, but the videos are not available for viewing. The test customer is taken to the sign up page as if he did not pay. I took the “Video” tags out of the Tag Access Restrictions and the videos can be seen. I would be happy to buy the pro version once I see this works. Please help. I might also add that your video tutorials are geared to programmers, not beginners. You assume the listener has a working knowledge of the internet terminology, which is completely different from computer terminology. Instructions for beginners would be extremely useful. I am a 32 year computer user from the CPM days, but internet language is unique unto itself. Douglas Borwick
