What is the code for the pro-form?
If a current customer makes a purchase without being logged in, the system might not recognize it is the same person so the account might not be updated. Could it be that?

It happens only in about of 1-2 % of transactions.
Here is my Paypal button

I am not able to see anything out of the ordinary, but did you notice any common points when it happens? The user was/was not logged in? The user had a previous ccap, or was already a level 1 member? something like that?

I can’t find any common points of this failures…

I have found two topics with very similar problem :
https://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/free-subscriber-issue-with-website/
http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/members-remaining-free-subscribers-after-pp/

After running s2-server-scanner.php , I see a [NOTICE] WordPress® Memory Limit
AUTO-FIX!dismiss?
Although NOT required, s2Member® recommends that you raise your WordPress® memory limit (please set: WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in /wp-config.php), to at least 64M (i.e. 64 megabytes). Please see: this how-to article. Or consult with your web hosting company about this message. Your current memory limit allows only: 32M

I have added in wp-config.php line define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ ); , but s2-server-scanner continuing to say “Your current memory limit allows only: 32M”

PHP memory on VPS was always set on 128M .

I managed to raise memory limit, by putting define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ ); BEFORE wp-settings.php inclusion .Now s2-server-scanner.php warning about memory limit has gone away.

I wil give a try now to P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler to watch where memory hits more.

P3 plugin profiler shows me Memory Usage: 46.25 MB avg.
MySQL Queries: 56 queries avg.
