Registration Page not working…

I have the page configured to http://www.skippingturtles.com/?page_id=61

It says at the top right: This Page is your:
Membership Options Page
( always publicly available )

Any help???

This message appears when you have set that page as your membership options page under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Membership Options Page.

This page will not be protected at any level for any user.

Thanks for your response, and yes you did clarify the meaning of that page. Maybe, I should start with an explanation of my goal. I am trying to get the wordpress registration box, found here:

That register form is available in any page or post if you use s2Member pro-forms. Which you can generate under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms.
