This error only occurs on the home page and only while logged in, or after logging in as a wordpress user

My primary domain is http://www.T666.com
However the wordpress install is in its own subdirectory /wordpess

Wordpress Settings > General

WordPress Address (URL) : http://www.T666.com/wordpress
Site Address (URL) : http://www.T666.com

Permalinks set to custom: http://www.T666.com/%postname%

Duplicates of the index.php and .htaccess files are copied into the root folder with the index.php line edited from

require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);

changed to

require(‘./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’);

With activating the s2Members plugin for the first time everything was fine
But shortly after I enabled some s2 general options my landing home page developed a redirect loop and would not load
The redirect loop seemed only to occur on the home page
When I deactivate the s2Members plugin my site works properly again with no redirect loop

Change WordPress General Settings to all lowercase:

WordPress Address (URL) : http://www.t666.com/wordpress
Site Address (URL) : http://www.t666.com

This automatically corrects the permalink to all lowercase to custom: http://www.t666.com/%postname%

Now my site is working fully again :D

I spent along time preparing this post and at the last minute found the solution so I thought I would post it anyways incase it mite help someone esle

Peace
