Two customers "account suspended" – why?

Two members in the last two days have complained that their account is suspended. I cant figure out why this has occurred. They are both relatively new sign-ups and have both paid through paypal. Hi Jim, That screenshot represents an account suspension for a web hosting account that uses cPanel/WHM. That is not an s2Member suspension, it’s a suspension by the web host provider that’s hosting the account. I recommend contacting the web host about that problem.

Hi Raam Thanks for your reply The domain is active – not suspended. This URL (provided by member) brings up the account suspended msg http://members.theultimatetechsite.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmembers.theultimatetechsite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 The domain itself is not suspended, as you can see http://members.theultimatetechsite.com Please advise?

Jim, When you say the URL was “provided by member”, what do you mean?
