Hi Raam Thanks for your reply The domain is active – not suspended. This URL (provided by member) brings up the account suspended msg http://members.theultimatetechsite.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fmembers.theultimatetechsite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 The domain itself is not suspended, as you can see http://members.theultimatetechsite.com Please advise?

Hi Ryan Thanks for your reply I had actually checked the IP ban thing for both members. It has not been tripped. One of the payments was an echeque – but it has cleared? Jim
