Thanks Cristián, Excel and dropping columns was the problem. When I would open the exported .csv in excel it would mangle it and I was hooped from the get-go. Using OpenOffice produce great results. If I may may a suggestion? Could you make a note on the documentation that Excel 2011 for Mac does not work as an option for editing/generating .csv files for s2Member? Thanks so much for your help.
