Thank you for your response.

Can I use the replacement codes listed in Payment Notification in the Registration Notification URL area as well, or are the codes restricted to the notification area specifically?

So, if I place a URL in the Payment Notification URL can it include replacement codes from the Registration Notification?

When I post the URL, even with using < code, it gets messed up.But I'll try it again.

If it shows, The above URL code works if I put it into the address bar. The data will populate our CRM.
When I put the exact same thing into API Notifications nothing on the CRM side happens.

Yes, I understand that it goes on one line.
When I copy and paste into the address bar the information gets inserted into the CRM. When I copy and paste the same code into S2M nothing happens.

It someone would please take a moment to look at https://zohocrmapi.wiki.zoho.com/insertRecords-Method.html
and scroll down to “Examples
Insert records into Zoho CRM from third-party applications”, you will see exactly what I have used. I simply put it all on one line with the example data into the address bar. Doing so enters the sample data into the CRM but putting it into S2M does not.

Yes, I used the API Notifications.
I replaced “XMLDATA” with the actual code given on Zoho’s site.

I just need to find a way to capture a phone number. I have it at PayPal that they must enter their phone number but have no idea of how to get it from the subscriber.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
