Hey Pat, I would suggest posting a new thread that way s2 support can see your issue. I ended up having to resolve this issue on my own, not sure if they will be able to see this. In addition my issue was with a custom function that would prevent anyone not in my IP range to access my site (since its in beta) however this prevented paypal from posting back. UNless you have a similar function on your site, your best bet is to post a new thread so they can see this and work to resolve this issue. I fear that your post might go unnoticed. |

This issue is resolved, it was an issue with an IP restriction on our server, not s2 related. |

I have sent the email now. subject: “User not upgrading after modify=1 in signup.” Its important to note that the transaction should be the with the u/p provided in the signup form, the admin u/p is provided in the “comments” form, for you specific form. |

yes I am logged in, and that’s the only log file that exists. Should I submit a private ticket with access to my server? I tried disabling all the plugins except for s2, and I encounter the same issue, so I don’t think it’s the plugins. I also did the s2 server check, and that all passed properly. |

So after some testing, it turns out that the transaction only goes through if I add a trial to the signup, then I can sign up. |

It still didn’t work with a real credit card, here are some additional logs with the real credit card.

Hey there, I’m not using the paypal sandbox mode, this is using the live account. I am aware of the sandbox issues, however that still leaves me with the error transaction. |
