Got it. I added those fields to the form (http://www.passionandpossibilities.com/ancient-secrets-to-proclaim-your-power/ancient-secrets-to-proclaim-your-power-buy-now)

On the page, the input tag has the following attribute:

name="s2member_pro_paypal_sp_checkout[phone]"

Then in the email I added this at the bottom (just to list all the captured data):

%%first_name%% %%last_name%%
%%email%%
%%phone%%
%%country%%

Will this work? Will the phone and country be passed through? (I can send all the code from the page if needed).

I think you’re saying that I can somehow add the phone and country to the form so that that info can be emailed to me? I understand how to set it up so that I also receive the email… But how can I add the phone and country to the form and still use the Specific Post/Page Buy Now Form?

Thanks for your help!

I thought I would be able to simply put the needed form fields into any page on my site. I wanted it to look like this: http://www.passionandpossibilities.com/home-1

So you are saying the layout in the link above is not possible without a lot of custom coding?

Thank you for your help and patience!

When I created a custom field for “Full Name” all it did was add that field to the login here (I’ve since removed the extra field): http://www.passionandpossibilities.com/wp-login.php?action=register

I still don’t understand how to put my own custom form within a page that’s on my site. I do not want to use the auto-generated page. Please re-read my initial request and view the links to visualize what I’m looking for.

Thank you so very much for any help you can provide!
