OK I have taken out ALL of the plugins except S2Member and reverted back to a default wordpress theme. The credit card ismages are still not showing up.

You can see this at http://clubcollegelifemagazine.com/?page_id=29

Bruce,

I started with the Theme Developer and we tracked the issue to S2Member within an hour. I explained twice how to find the menu with “Goto…” on it but here is a picture to help you see it. Again, re-size your web browser by grabbing the lower right corner and moving it toward the upper left corner so that the browser window becomes smaller. Keep going until the menu changes. You should be able to achieve something close to the picture I provided.

I never actually see an error message pop up. The only thing that happens is the pull down menu just does not work when you resize the web browser to a small size to get the “Goto…” Menu. Click on it and no pull down menu shows.

Bruce,

I just sent the info for the FTP. Check the port number as I put in 27 but I was guessing at the number. I know the site uses the standard FTP port whatever that maybe.

I checked the Site URL in Dashboard and it is set to http://clubcollgelife.com/magazine as the WP was built in that directory from scratch.

I will setup an FTP account for you.
