About: gabriel metzger

Gabe Metzger is a Doctor of Physical Therapy currently practicing at Synergy Therapeutics in Truckee, CA. He has recently founded MyWellnessCollective which is staged to launch in May, 2013. (see projects).

Currently, Gabe treats a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues using effective combinations (evidence-based and others) of manual therapy and corrective exercise. He earned his bachelors degree (BS) in Public Health at the University of Arizona and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Regis University in Denver. He is FMS certified and has nearly achieved an advanced certification in orthopedic manual therapy: COMT

As a former climbing guide in Aspen, Tucson and Boulder, and former challenge course facilitator at the world famous destination spa/resort MIRAVAL-Life in Balance, Gabe is accustomed to helping others tap into their potential and exceeding personal expectations. His experience with high performance teams and individuals has provided Gabe with a frame-work for group facilitation and the skillful delegation of roles and responsibilities to maximize success. He brings this team approach for problem solving into the Wellness Spectrum by networking with a wide range of health providers to help his/their patients and clients achieve optimal wellness.
