I wanted to put them all in a row, but I couldn’t figure it out… sorry, it’s three separate lines… let me know if you find a solution though… hope this helped a little…

I would love to hear an answer for that as well… If I understand you correctly, are you looking for a way to get only one of the forms on the page instead of showing all the data entry points?
