Hi guys, any news on this? |

My only concern is it might be a bit inefficient, Also I can’t immediately think of a way 2 queries will work, I can get the last_activity date but cant sort by it (without it excluding those without or duplicating entires)… I guess I’ll have to test it a bit more! It might also be worth finding out when buddypress stores that date and why people dont have it, surely when they sign up that is “activity”… Hmm! Thanks for the feedback though, it’s useful to have a second opinion whe you work alone! :) |

update: if I remove OR UMMD.meta_value = ” it works, but then users with no last_activity field are excluded from the results!! |

PS. just tried completely new recaptcha keys with no luck, I’ve tried them with the entry via the admin, the s2-hack.php file and the old s2-recaptcha-keys.php file. All three throw be back :( am at a bit of a loose end now as s2Member pro doesn’t work with other captcha plugins… |

Hi Nigel, you’ll need a separate plugin to do that. I have a client that uses this one http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/recently-registered/ Hope that helps! |

Thanks Raam, I have spotted that post before but I also know the issue outlined in it is now resolved is it not? I’ll try generating new reCaptcha keys for the site and see if that helps… I’ve had a handful of issues on this particular site that are related to the server its on so I wouldn’t be surprised if its that again. Can my thankyou page be a completely custom page on the site?? I was under the impression it would automatically be the grey page that’s configurable via the admin… Thanks, Zoe |

So what use is that column in its current form in the CSV? My client will be downloading and using this spread sheet and it will just look like useless random characters to them…! Cheers :) |

Hi Cristian, that fix didn’t work, I’ve removed the captcha and its fine now. How can I get the captcha working and fix this error that throws you back? Because its on the live site I’m having to get the client to test and all this trial and error is making me look ridiculous! Also Its not sending you to the usual thank you page after payment, it just redirects back to the form with a little thank you message at the top… Zoe |

Awesome, thanks Philly – its working now. One quick Q (that I think my client will ask) – the “First Payment Date” column is populated with things like: Why is that? Cheers :) |

So there is no way of applying a discount to the first payment only without making the two values different? This is a limitation of PayPal right? Are there any other Payment providers for S2Member that don’t have this restriction and allow full on-site payments (like PayPal Pro)? I get the feeling my client will want a new payment provider in the future! Zoe |

Hi Raam, I’ve tried all of those with no luck – could it be related to the issue I was having with the secure file downloads here http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/protected-pdfs-downloading-corrupt/ If so does another hack similar to Jason’s last one need putting in place? Thanks, Zoe |

Hi Raam, I’m getting an error message on my form, so I looked it up and found this forum post http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=16743&p=60492 Is this still the case? My clients going to be really unhappy about this, I’ve already told them its possible to set up the codes how they need them. Are there any other get arounds that can be kept hidden from the user????? Zoe |

Hi Ramm, sorry for the late reply I’ve been away. They want to be able to add lots of different coupon codes as you can currently, however they only want the discount specified to apply to the first payment in the cycle, not all of them. For example coupon code “SAVE5” would give you 5% off your first year payment, but all further years in the cycle/subscription are charged at full price… I have a meeting with them tomorrow, so if I can go with some kind of an answer that would be fab. Thanks as always!! |

Hi Jason, thanks for the quick reply, the hosting for this site is run by the clients IT company. I will forward your message on to them and see if they can provide some more info. I pressume that even though the header you added is invalid it won’t have any adverse effects on the site? Thanks again :) Zoe |

Thanks Cristian, I’ve done that and attached a screen grab of the error acrobat is throwing up too. Could it be to do with the way the client has saved the PDF? Zoe |

Hi Raam, I’ve tried directly uploading the files via FTP and they are still corrupt when they are downloaded through the website. If I download them via FTP after uploading they are still fine. Something is happening to them when being downloaded via the website… :(
