Yes put that in the xml file and make sure the file is ‘public’.

As for the ‘2012-10-01-19-03-44-5592hgsbe’ that sounds like your have logging enabled on the bucket, so amazon is writing log files every time someone tries to access files. You can turn that off by going to your bucket properties.

Let us know how you get on after fixing your crossdomain file.

Can you check the contents of the crossdomain.xml file located in the top level of the s3 bucket your using, see if its corrupted

Hello Jeremy,

Can you please go into your amazon console and check that the download distribution still exists it sounds like it may have been deleted?

Also on a side note I noticed that you’re allowing the option to take card details on your site but don’t appear to have an SSL certificate installed, so in that case its payment will not work and your want to look into that.

Let us know about the distribution.

Thanks

Hello Philip,

Can you please turn off Object Caching in total cache (then clear all caches), as that won’t be compatible. If that doesn’t solve the issue can you elaborate on the process you used when moving host. Please also turn off cloudflare or put it in development mode while we debug.

Thanks

Please download this Server Check Tool, upload the PHP file to your WordPress directory, and then load the URL to the file in your browser. It will run a bunch of tests to determine if there’s anything amiss on the server-side.

Scrap what I just said, you’ve got it installed on a sub directory, let me see if I can see any thing strange…..

Hi John,

I just took a quick look at your site.

Nothing seems to stick out there.

I’ve got a feeling its something poorly coded in your theme, I went to the themes demo site and noticed its default behaviour is stripping the query strings for javascript files.

As a test can you briefly switch to the default twenty eleven theme, then right click and view source code on your site. That way you can see if the js files have the ? added

currently it looks like this

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://yoursite.com/team/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php'></script>

but should look like

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://yoursite.com/team/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php?ws_plugin__s2member_js_w_globals=faa4b952a29d2b4e190079452ca090cc&#038;qcABC=1&#038;ver=120703-120703-3136601562'></script>

If when switching to the default theme the ‘?ws_plugi….’ returns we shall be able to confirm it is your theme.

Great.

The reason your first test didn’t work was it was declined by ccbill reason= “You are not authorized to signup with the provided credentials”

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 6:35 pm #25638

Have you checked your spam box

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 6:18 pm #25635

First you need to login to your admin account in ccbill

then go to

https://admin.ccbill.com/megamenus/ccbillHome.html#AccountInfo/TransactionTestSettings(264)

on the left you’ll see a create new user button

click on that and enter the email address you will test with (Not your wordpress admin one)

enter the ip address of the computer your using now in high and low fields.

Now your ready to test.

Log out of WP go to your sign up page and use the following details card details to sign up:

Visa – 4444444444446666

make up the rest

use the email you said you would test with.

The logs look fine and suggest everything happened as expected, and that an email was sent to joev at ccbill dot com, with instructions to register an account.

WordPress won’t register the account until the link is clicked in that email and registration is done via that link.

Do you know how to run your own test transactions?

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 5:55 pm #25631

haha yes I’ll pop in if everything is the same

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 5:45 pm #25629

Can I have a look at the logs please

Hello Nicolas,

Can you tell us what plugins your using please?

Something is striping query strings from the urls to the scripts required for s2 to function properly. I’ve seen it happen with a wordpress security plugin before.

Thanks

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 5:32 pm #25622

Thanks but thats not necessary.

I hope it goes ok with Authorize.net let us know how you get on :)

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 5:31 pm #25620

Shawn can you just check all your settings over at ccbill are without ‘www.’

Can you also enable logging

WordPress -> Dashboard -> s2Member -> ccBill® Options -> ccBill® Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines?

Then do another test transaction and look at the logs for more info.

Remember to make sure your logged out as admin when doing test transactions or they don’t work.

Ok great.

Then navigate to http://www.s2member.com/faqs/

There you’ll see the heading:

To use s2Member® Pro Forms, will I have to use PayPal® Pro?

It describes an alternative where you can use the pro form and take payment on paypal. So it looks like you can be up and running tonight if you make a couple of little changes.

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 1:52 pm #25596

Is it a must to take the payment on your site? Because there are other options using s2 only the customer will have to enter card details on paypals side.

Posted: Monday Sep 17th, 2012 at 1:46 pm #25594

It sounds like your having a nightmare.

I’m not sure what your options are so hopefully a support rep can confirm.

I see that paypal do an ‘advanced’ account that allows you to take payments on your site, but I don’t know if s2member supports that.

In the pre sales FAQ’s it say’s you can use Authorize.Net to take payment on your site.

Sorry I can’t be of anymore help

This one does

0.4.0

I didn’t test it though :/

Posted: Friday Sep 14th, 2012 at 2:24 pm #25343

Hmm have you got the correct type of paypal account? I think its a pro version of their account you need. I would also check all you setting again on both ends could of missed something

Hi Jon,

When I go to your signup page it doesn’t force the secure connection I found this in s2members FAQ’s

You can skip the SSL certificate during development/Sandbox testing. SSL is not required until you officially go live. Once you’re live, you can add the Custom Field s2member_force_ssl = yes to any Post/Page, using the Custom Fields box in your WordPress® editor. s2Member® will buffer output on those special Posts/Pages, converting everything over to https:// for you automatically, and forcing those specific Posts/Pages to be viewed over a secure SSL connection; so long as your server supports the https protocol (once you have an SSL certificate, your server should support this protocol). This will help you eliminate the dreaded “Secure/Insecure” errors in Internet Explorer®. If your server runs SSL over a special port number, or your server requires the port number to actually be in the URL (i.e. HOST:port), you can set s2member_force_ssl = 443; or to whatever port number you’re using.

When you tested again was it from https://course.pointblankseo.com/signup/ rather than http://course.pointblankseo.com/signup/

Hello,

Its because your mixing WWW and without. Please see this thread for more information.

And as for the button not displaying there seems to be a parsing issue, you could try this raw html plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/raw-html/ If that fails to work, you can deactivate plugins and themes to find the conflict.

Let us know how it goes :)
