Hey Philly – these were tests on CCBill’s side with a faux CC approval. I’m not sure where to check for “www” information at CCBill, but I’ll call them. I’ll do the WP settings you mentioned as well, and test again.

Update:

Ran some tests and double checked some things, but still not working.

CCBill user management is turned off, as are all the other things s2members requires they turn off. When they do a test transaction, there’s a confirmation that they transaction is a approved, and that they will receive an email with user/password, but that email never comes, and the user is never added to the database.

I didn’t look at every video, but in your Plugin settings, there’s a getting started tab with a video window. If you click the “playlist” icon within the player, it reveals a playlist slider. There are 61 tutorial videos there. Likely what you want will be there somewhere.

Okay …one last post. I went through a minor series of different levels of hell today, but finally, things are starting to work again. I posted another thread about the incorrectly-named index.php file inside my WP install, and after that, things started to work again. Now I’m able to deal with the files properly.

Please excuse the desperate whining over the last couple days. This has been an un-fun adventure (not the plugin, but the entire move from a static site to a WP site), but things are getting in line now.

Hopefully all this will give me one or two bits of experience I can pass along to others, as has been done for me.

Bear with me while I learn.

I figured this out. I had an index.php inside my wordpress folder, but the index.php inside my root folder was taking entries to the site, so I renamed the index.php file inside my wordpress install as a test to something else, not realizing I neglected to rename it properly. Not sure why that only affected the paths to my member content, but it’s back to normal now.

Yes, I saw the image variable, but I liked the hover state using CSS, but that’s a small design detail. I used the image and it works fine. Thanks.
