I solved the “Edit profile” link issue.

Now it remains the level “0″ redirect.

Do you know why the login redirect doesn’t work for user level “0” ? Can you suggest a way to fix or a function to hack this?

Now I have a problem with the “Edit profile” link in the login widget. The %automatic% doesn’t work and the Custom link neither. It seems that is taking the “Membership options page” link. It has the same link now.

Hi,
Now it seems that the issue is affecting only the user of level 0. It works for the others (1,2)

The only point that I coul address was the one on the “s2Member files is missing or corrupt”. I had two tips on the server scan by S2 that told me to re-install s2member and s2member pro. I did it and re-scanned. Now I passed all the checks (all has a beautiful green check :) ).

Hi Eduan,
I’m interested in waht you posted months ago. Is the hack still available? It would help me a lot.

Thanks

Ok Eduan,
do you know what functionalities I will lose when removing those rules from the .htaccess?

Hi Eduan,
thank you for your feedback. I know that they can be removed, in fact I did this way but in the future I will need to work with protected file download. So I would like to enable those rules and use this good plugin.

The problem affects the other application that we have on our domain (it has nothing to do with WordPress but it’s PHP based), unfortunately this one is running on a sub-directory of the root (www.website.com/application).

So I would like to exclude this directory and it’s sub-folders from the rewrite rules. Have you ever done something like this, or can you point me over?

Best,
D.

Hi Cristian,
Yes they are! I am just changing the target directory for uploads, but they are post attachments because I upload to the post through WordPress media manager. There is a plugin to do this job that was suggested in this forum: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s2member-secure-file-uploader/

Is there any way to treat them as post attachments either if secured?

Hi, I have just tried to translate labels of custom fields in this way, but it doesn’t work.

Any other ideas?
