Hi Christian Sorry to trouble you again. I have used the same code for another site using s2member storage, video plays with no problem. However, the video image does not appear. I have copied and pasted the code to the url bar and the image is displayed so know the path is correct. Is the syntax wrong? [video video_url="http://www.practicalpmo.com/academy/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/access-s2member-ccap-qa_template/videos/QA-Prioritisation-Overview.mp4" + width="640" + height="360" + video_id="video1" + video_image="http://www.practicalpmo.com/academy/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/access-s2member-ccap-qa_template/videos/pmo-qa-prioritisation-overview.jpeg" + controlbar="bottom"] Thanks Simon |

Thanks Christian, Does this mean it is using the file stored in the s2member folder or the one in the Amazon S3 bucket? If it is the s2member folder, how do I modify to use S3? Thanks |

Thanks Could this be anything to do with directory permissions? I noticed that another script stopped working as permissions had been set to 644. I changed to 755 and it worked. |

Hi Christian I had tried changing the file name as though the capital letters may be an issue. The file name is correct and is in the root of my Amazon bucket. You can prove it works by accessing the dogs.jpeg (3rd short code below). [new_video_with_placeholder video_url=”http://www.digitalark.co.uk/03-wp-cleanup-MP4-large.mp4″ + width=”640″ + height=”360″ + video_id=”video1″ + video_image=”http://www.videoimageurl.com” + autoplay=”true”] [/new_video_with_placeholder] [hyperlink_large_centered link=”http://www.digitalark.co.uk/resource_centre/?s2member_file_download=dogs.jpeg” + target=”_self”]Enter Your Call To Action Text[/hyperlink_large_centered] |

I have conducted some further testing. If I load the video to the root of my public_html and use a direct URL link it plays without a problem. I loaded a graphics file to my Amazon bucket and was able to link using the correct s2member syntax. So…. 1. I know Amazon S3 is linked correctly The issue appears to be that s2member does not like the video link in Optimize Press. As OP is such a popular membership plug-in, I am sure that this must work. I would be grateful for any thoughts what I need to do to get videos to play. |

Hi Eduan Sorry I was not clear. All I wanted to know was how to add a login box to my membership site so that paid members can access when they return. I found the answer after searching, I dragged the login widget to a text widget on my site. So simple solution just was hard to find. It might be worth the s2member team making this a bit clearer in set up notes as I did find a number of posts in the forum asking a similar question. Thanks Simon |

Hey Jason, I have just uploaded the directory again using Filezilla instead of CuteFTP pro and it has worked. I now have the Paypal Pro buttons on the menu – thank you. It might be worth adding what directories should be installed to your help check list. As you will see I listed the directories and files in my support forum post. If I had a list to check against I would have probably spotted at weekend and saved both you and me some time. Anyway all sorted now and looking forward to using your product. Have a good day. I have just read Jonathan’s post about being dissapointed and I must admit I am now starting to think if I made the wrong decision and should go for Wishlist Member or Magic Member? I would be grateful if somebody from S2member support to contact me on Monday 18th Feb when they are back online. Thanks Simon |

Hi I have just watched the S2member Pro video and in plugins I do not see the s2member pro text listed against the S2member framework. This has confirmed it is not picking up the pro add-on even though the files are in the correct directory. Do you know the process of getting support from the vendor? Thanks Simon |
