Thanks for your quick reply, Bruce. Glad to know it’s nothing to worry about. I do use the password-by-email and Captcha for registration.

We’ve run into this 503 error, too. One of our users says she usually logs on from the same laptop, but using a number of wireless networks. Would that trigger the restriction?

Thanks, Cristian. I’m in California, but I’ll ask her to check with her ISP.

Thanks, Raam. She tried that and is still having problems, even logging in from several different computers.

She’s getting this error message:
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.

An idea what would cause this? Our site is very new, so there aren’t many users accessing it.

I downloaded the si-captcha.php file, opened it in Dreamweaver, and changed the tabindex value on line 239 to 70. Then I uploaded it, overwriting the old one, and then downloaded it again so I could check to make sure that the version on the server is the revised one. Then I cleared the cache in my browser. But when I open the registration page, the source view still shows the value at 30. What am I missing?

Okay, changed the tabindex to 70. Still no good.

Thanks. I changed the tabindex to 14 and refreshed the registration page in the browser, but it’s still not working. Is there something else I need to do?

Thanks, Cristian. I checked the SI Captcha options screen, but I don’t see how to change the field order. Can you tell me where to find that?

I also found this code on the JW Player site, and it works.

[jwplayer config="video.mp4" file=""]

But the longer code in my original question looks like it would work with more browsers because it addresses both Flash and HTML5, so I’d like to be able to use that one, if possible.

Thanks, Jason. I just tested this in v120213. As I mentioned in another post, the update had crashed my site (yes, it’s Apache/1.3.42). But I found your reply to another post where you suggested alternate code for the .htaccess file, and I pasted that in and got the site back up.

The new code for my file download looked like it was going to work. I got the “confirm file download” dialogue box, but when I clicked Okay, I got a “500 Internal Server Error.”

Okay, I just saw your response to Leslie Lewis’ post about the same problem. I pasted the substitute code into my .htaccess file and was able to get back into my admin pages.
Now there’s a message saying I need to update my s2Member Pro Module. Is it safe for me to do this, or will I need to change some additional code?

Thanks for catching that, Bendix. However, even after I removed the extra slash, I still get a server error.

Sorry, the raw code shows up in the preview, but the first half of it disappears when it’s published. Here’s the part of the code where I inserted my filepath:

if (($mp4 = ($mp4_cfg, "get-streamer-array"))
                        && ($webm["url"] = ($webm_cfg))) { ?>
