Hi Fred, my dashboard -> Settings -> General reads this: * Note: The s2Member plugin has control over two options on this page.
Anyone Can Register = 0, and New User Default Role = subscriber.
For further details, see: s2Member -› General Options -› Open Registration.

This means every member becoming a “subscriber”. It’s up to you to decide which level to have they dropped in.

Hope this helps

Up! Please, as I said above, what seems to be working to others doesn’t help me in this case. Stuck and confused…. :(

Hello Donna, for customizing the menu probably the easiest way is to look on the left side, under “appearance -> menu”. You will be taken to the section in which will be able to do what you need.

In order to protect the pages look in the s2member -> restriction options -> page access restriction; there you will be able to add pages / posts (comma separated) in the level corresponding to that one your customers are dropped in when they subscribe.

Hope this helps

Hi Benjamin, maybe this can help, follow this article; it’s an extremely simple step to roll back to previous installation of s2member. Even me (newbie) was able to roll back by following it :)
