I was referring to the need to have a custom attribute set to your domain name.

Sorry, I don’t understand what this means. Do I need to do anything else? When I imported the users, I included the username, email address, paid subscriber ID, gateway, and user level. I did not include the EOT so they’re blank for ongoing monthly subscriptions. I setup Paypal, IPN and PDT integration. Did I miss anything?

Thanks for your response, Bruce.

as mentioned in this article, your Subscriptions would need to have a specific format to work with s2Member.

Are you talking about the subscription ID (I-EUAVMMPD04HF)? Yes, I’m using the correct format. It’s only the EOT that concerns me.

Here’s another update:

The video plays when I don’t use rtmp.

It seems my network/ISP is also somehow responsible for the ID Not Found error. I was at my friend’s last night and the videos play (with or without rtmp on the shortcode). Now I’m back home and I can’t play the videos again (except the ones not using rtmp). I prefer to use rtmp for video streaming because I’m distributing premium videos.

Any thoughts?

Okay, thanks very much for your help, Mike.

Do you know of any reason why it wouldn’t play on IE9?

Please try player=”jwplayer-v6-rtmp”

My client reported that she’s getting the same error (Error loading stream. ID Not Found.) when she’s using Internet Explorer. It plays fine for her on Safari and Firefox but not on IE9.

When I try to play via IE8, I get the fallback video download option.

Okay, thanks. I will try that.

None of the files have been updated/replaced. They’ve been there since we set up s2member in May.

Right now the error is still displaying. If you need admin access to wordpress, let me know and I will set up a temporary account. Thanks.

Hi,

It’s working again now. I don’t know what happened but when I checked again after a couple of days, the videos are working again. This is the shortcode I’m using:

[s2Stream player="jwplayer-v6-rtmp-only" player_path="/jwplayer/jwplayer.js" player_width="900" player_height="506" file_download="IHTF.mp4" /]
