I tracked the problem down to cloudflare. I saw it as the common denominator on a few sites with the issue. Then I noticed another site that was not having the issue was also using cloudflare. I did a side by side comparison of the settings and lowered how aggressive it was set and everything started working I will now be using Amazon S3 to offload much of the content instead and hope to keep the same performance Thanks for all your help! |

Thanks Bruce, but I AM logged in….I am not logged out. I am using a brand new test account and trying to upgrade it. The new account is a Level 1 free member and I am trying to upgrade it to a level 4 paid member. While I am logged in with all data displayed in the S2M pro login widget, it is asking for me to enter a username, passwords, email etc on the upgrade form. I would provide a screenshot, but there is a new issue with the Pro upgrade that has killed my Pro login Widget from appearing. see http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/updated-pro-module-admin-notifcation-remains/ =( |

Me too I get the upgrade the pro prompt for user/pass and after I upgrade it will say s2Member Pro successfully updated to v130731. As I am reading the success text….right below it is the red upgrade box showing at the same time and none of the PRO links are showing and members cannot login as the login widget is a pro feature. I would like to suggest that the login widget be a s2member general feature and be removed from the Pro side. I know I cannot be the only person who hates the double upgrade steps. I can’t stand having clients calling saying they cannot login. Today’s issue makes it much worse as since there is a bug, members will be unable to login until the pro issue is fixed. FYI |

Question…I run most clients thru cloudflare. Any chance something is being served cached that we do not want served from cache? Just a thought… |

I see the same issue on another server on different site with different theme too and just checked a 3rd client on his own box and each time I upgrade I am prompted for usernames etc etc. I am clearly logged in on each site using the s2 login widget too. So I have 3 separate sites, 3 separate server environments, 3 different themes and individually assorted sets of plugins all producing this when I login as an entry level subscriber trying to upgrade. Am I correct that the username and email fields should be already filled in and un-editable? That is not what I see. |

Not sure why you are seeing that… When I look at the source here is what I see between the title and /head I see the s2 scripts in the list yet it still is asking for full name etc even while I am logged in.

Yes we are using the modification forms. modify=”1″ is in the shortcode and yes it is asking for username pass name etc. I notice as the page is loading that it briefly displays billing info then disappears. I am having the same issue and it looks like PP MTS has not given an answer yet…is this correct? I told my client that it is a paypal pro issue and probably not affecting business. However, I would totally prefer some content in the Order Summary fields like the basic buttons provide. |

I see. The script sounds like a good Idea. By chance, can you point to someone who has a script that can do this? I have about 8 sites that drop down when this happens. |

Wordpress. I dug around and found that W3TotalCache is probably the culprit. I switched to QuickCache and I was unable to replicate the duplicate entries. As for what was duplicated…almost all fields under UserMeta in the DB were duplicated. First Name and Last Name would be in 3 times and the others twice. The new fields from upgrading like EOT and PayPal # would be single entries. I just checked an effected client and the 3 most recent entries look normal. So a note about S3 and W3 not playing nice is probably in order. I had to take it off 4 sites. |
