Hello Mark, This should only happen for already logged in users, naturally WordPress fills it with the user’s info by default, if WordPress has access to it, which it does if the user is already registered. Hope this helps. :) |

Well, the other thing I would tell you to do would be to check if it’s a compatibility problem. For the theme just change back to the default theme that WordPress uses (TwentyEleven). And for the plugins simply disable all the plugins except s2Member, and if the problem disappears it means that a plugin is causing a conflict, so you just enable them one-by-one until you find the culprit. You would of course have to do tests each time you enable a plugin back. Hope this helps. :) |

I’m not sure you can do this, I haven’t really tried it before. Trt setting a variable equal to the contents of the file (loads up the file) and see if echoing that works. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Art, You would have to modify the form itself to do this I’m afraid. If you’re not comfortable with web development you can always hire a developer over at sites like jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com etc. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Logman, That is not currently possible with s2Member, you could probably achieve this with a plugin or a hack. If it’s well done it shouldn’t affect s2member, and s2member shouldn’t affect it. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello John, Make sure that you are not protecting the page/post in which users submit ads. For now that’s all I can offer, I would be grateful if you could provide a little more info. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Roger, It is perfectly OK if you use s2Member for a development environment. Not sure if it’ll work since both websites are live, but you can always try the single site license and see if it works, if it doesn’t then you can just upgrade to the multisite license just paying the difference. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello David, OK, first, to accept subscribers with credit cards you would need s2Member pro and PayPal pro, just want to get that clear. If you don’t have the PayPal pro and s2Member pro, only users with PayPal can subscribe, express checkout is for buy now buttons. Also, about the refunds, I believe you would have to refund them through PayPal, and modify their account to reflect that refund, cause s2member doesn’t currently work with refunds. Does that solve your questions? |
