Hello Keith, Please check this knowledge base article and see if it answers your question: You might also be interested in the following videos by the lead developer, Jason Caldwell: Please note: These videos are now a little outdated. The restriction options can be now found under WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options. Does this answer your question? |

This is certainly possible, even with the free version of s2Member. Hope this answers your question. :) |

If you login with the account you bought s2Member with, you will get access to the Customer Support Forums. So login with the account you normally download the latest version of s2Member with and your account will already have access to the Customer support forums. Hope this helps. :) |

1. You might wanna check the testimonials section for some testimonials from our past customers. You might also be interested in this knowledge base article: 2. I believe, s2Member’s content dripping features will work for your purposes: 3. If you check under WP Admin -> s2Member -> ClickBank® Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior (EOT = End Of Term), by default, s2Member will demote a paid Member to a Free Subscriber whenever their Subscription term has ended (i.e. expired), been cancelled, refunded, charged back to you, etc. s2Member demotes them to a Free Subscriber, so they will no longer have Member Level Access to your site, you will be able to configure if they should be demoted (convert them to a free subscriber) or if you want them to be deleted (erase their account completely). Does this answer your questions?

This may be because s2Member got corrupted during installation. Could you please try uninstalling s2Member, and reinstalling following the instructions on link: You could also see this video on how to do this: Please note that at this time, this video is a little outdated, but the installation instructions are still correct. Hope this solves your problem. :)

Have you tried using the default TwentyEleven theme? Your theme may be messing with the shortcode while parsing. Please tell us how it goes. |

The pro version of s2Member has the same conditionals (shortcode and PHP versions) that the free version has. We also have a knowledge base article on conditionals: You can redirect her to this knowledge base article if it helps in any way, it’s aimed to explain it easily for most people. Hope this helps. :) |

With the Pro version of s2Member you can add a little attribute to the shortcode of the pro-form/button, which allows you to control the landing page after a successful checkout. It’s the success=”” attribute, basically you add
to your button’s/pro-form’s shortcode. For more info, check under WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal® Buttons -> Shortcode Attributes ( Explained ) -> success="" for more info on that attribute. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Yes, you are allowed to do this, even with the single-site license of s2Member pro, as I understand it. You can of course do this with the free version of s2Member. Just make sure that you follow the instructions under WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Localhost WAMP/MAMP Developers, where you will find some instructions in order for s2Member to work correctly on a localhost enviroment. Hope this answers your questions. :) |

1. To find out if you have generated a SEK, go to WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Security Encryption Key, if you have some code there, then you have generated a SEK successfully in the past. 2. No, if you already have a SEK, even if created with the free version, you don’t need to change it. Hope this answers your questions. :) |

As Bruce suggested above, this is very possible with Custom Capabilities. But would require more work on the developer’s/owner’s side. You could also use Specific Post/Page access restrictions, which allows you to sell access to certain posts/pages. So you could sell a bundle access to all the posts that are supposed to be for the level 1 members. Check this video for more info on Specific Post/Page access restrictions: Again, as Bruce suggested. You can also use shortcode conditionals within the posts/pages. You can find them under WP Admin -> s2Member -> API/Scripting -> Simple/Shortcode Conditionals . Hope this answers your questions. :)
