thank you very much, i will do this immediately.
As i have been a bit in a hurry I ended up translating the php files,
which is an awful solution, I know, but I can reload the untranslated php for you whilst testing?

I tried three ways:
• loading .po file via ftp and producing .mo via Codestyling
• uploading via ftp .po and .mo files without touching them, directly downloaded from Jean-Michel MEYER
• opening in Poedit and producing .mo with poedit and the upload via ftp.

Same problem with french.
Affected labels are in the paypal-registration-form.php.
I installed a valid .po/.mo file, generously provided by Jean Michel Meyer,
all the strings that are missing on front-end are included in this file.
So this should work, but I am getting weird translations like:

Nouveau mot de passe ? (please type it twice)

Would be great if someone finds what goes wrong.

Hello,
did you manage to display the front end in french?
I am struggling with the same problem and don’t get what goes wrong.
Any help would be appreciated

After searching again, I found the missing strings in .po file, but they are still not displayed on the frontend?
They are installed in the right place.
Any suggestions what went wrong?
Thank you in advance

I could not submit registration in IE7 and IE8
so I played around with themes, etc and finally deleted custom field s in my form.
And than it worked….
Could it be possible that IE7 and IE8 do not like custom fields?

Hello,
I was asking nearly the same question;
http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/processing-collected-registration-info/
It seems this is not possible.

Thank you for your answer, Eduan,

I still did not succedd to process any of the custom field infos in event-manager.

But as S2member puts information in the WP user data like the

  1. user name
  2. E-Mail
  3. Name

I was just wondering,
if it might be possible to fill/make use of the default built-in WP Fields of
Further Information

  1. Adresse
  2. Address Line 2
  3. City
  4. State/County
  5. Zip/Post Code
  6. Pays
  7. Téléphone
  8. ….

instead of creating a package of new fields?
Can’t I get access to fill in these field during registration via s2member plugin?

Kind regards

Hello,

If it is not possible to fuse together those infos,
could it be possible to work with the info of a custom field.
In would like to get the telephone number in an autogenerated E-Mail in event-manager
Event Manager gets automatically all WP user data but not custom fields of s2member.

I saw another customer had exactly the same question,
but his description was much more clear than mine.

I am sorry I forgot to thank you for your reply. You are right it is much easier with an event manager. I decided to install a second plugin.

Thank you very much for your detailed and helpful answer.
Special thanks for the aria-required attribute hint.
I will try what works for me best.
I am pretty relieved that I am heading in the right direction.
Thanks a lot.
