Hi Mike, That is correct: you’d need to add that functionality manually. s2Member does not currently support EOT notifications, however that’s a feature we’re working on for the next major release of s2Member. |

Hi Kathy, Have you checked to see if the “Welcome” page still exists? If it does exist, have you checked to make sure the permalink is actually set to /welcome/? Regarding the upload quality of videos: That’s not something related to the s2Member plugin, so unfortunately we won’t be able to offer support (please see s2Member® » Support Policy » Outside Scope). Regarding upgrading s2Member, please have a look at s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions and let us know if you have any further questions. |

Hi Jose, s2Member Pro offers a feature called Pro Coupon Codes, but due to restrictions enforced by PayPal, the coupon cannot create a discount for less than $0.01 (e.g., no free signup coupon codes are possible with the Pro Coupons feature). You can create a system for offering free access via a coupon code (or other access code). Please see Knowledge Base » Offering a Free Coupon Code (100% Discount). |

Hi Sean, As Christian mentioned, you’ll need to write some code to detect when the EOT time is not set. s2Member doesn’t calculate the Automatic EOT time for subscriptions until it receives the IPN message from PayPal indicating an EOT should occur (e.g., for cancellation, payment failure, etc.). For Buy Now transactions that have a fixed access time, the EOT will be calculated right away. |

Hi Mike, Yes, this is possible using the Membership Options Page variables that are passed to the MOP upon redirection. You can read those variables to figure out which page the redirect came from and then redirect again to a page specifically created for that purchase. This thread from the old forum explains how that works: http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14947#p53487 |

Hello, This is not the WishList support forum; this is the s2Member support forum. What you’re describing is not currently possible with s2Member unless you implement your own customizations. |

Hi Zoe, If you have Google Chrome, visit the page using HTTPS and then click View -> Developer -> JavaScript Console; you’ll get a list of all the source code links that are throwing the Insecure Content message. Here are two more links to information that may be helpful: |

Hello, Are the users receiving an error message upon trying to login? What does the error say? Also, could you please try disabling all plugins except s2Member and testing again? It sounds like another plugin could be causing the conflict. I’m running the latest version of s2Member Pro + WordPress 3.2.2 and I have no trouble logging in as a regular user. |

The EOT time will not be calculated upon return from PayPal after making a payment. For subscriptions, it’s only calculated when the subscription ends. So let’s say you have someone sign up for a recurring monthly subscription. There will be no Automatic EOT time recored by s2Member at this time. Let’s say after 5 months, the user cancels their PayPal subscription. s2Member will then receive an IPN message from PayPal and calculate the Automatic EOT time. As long as their recurring subscription is active, s2Member will not calculate an Automatic EOT time. |

Hi Philip, The Specific Post/Page feature of s2Member doesn’t work with subscriptions; it’s designed for Buy Now transactions where you “sell” a specific WordPress Post/Page. The only way to currently offer a URI restriction is through a membership that uses one of the s2Member Levels. You could “sell” a membership using a specific Level that has a URI restriction and then use a different level for each URI restriction. s2Member Pro comes with support for unlimited levels, so that would be an option if you require this specific functionality. |

Hello, The Customer Support Forum can only be posted to by paying customers. If you’ve purchased s2Member, you can login with your s2Member.com account and post to that forum. Otherwise, we invite you to post in our Community Forum. Regarding your question: s2Member does not currently support PayPal installment plans, however you may be able to create a PayPal Installment Payment Button and then integrate that with s2Member. Please see these instructions for more information. |

Hi Philip, I’m not sure I understand your question. Do you want to offer one-time access to specific pages inside /groups/ using the URI restriction? If so, then no that is not currently possible with s2Member. Only WordPress Posts/Pages can be offered through the s2Member Specific Post/Page function. |

Hello, s2Member does not calculate or set the Automatic EOT time for subscriptions upon payment. For subscriptions, s2Member will wait until it receives an IPN message from the payment gateway indicating that an EOT has occurred and only then will it calculate and set the Automatic EOT time. If you’re using Buy Now transactions and not Subscriptions, then yes, s2Member will calculate and set the Automatic EOT time. Can you tell us which one you’re using? |

Hi Michael, This is outside the scope of s2Member’s support policy (please see s2Member® » Support Policy » Outside Scope). You may have better luck finding the correct answer on a site like StackOverflow.com. |

The set_user_role action is triggered when changing the user role and you can use that to add a function that triggers whenever the role is changed. Here’s an example that sends an email when the role is changed: |

Hi Mark, Have you read the information in the PayPal® Pro Integration sub-section inside Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details? You’ll also need to make sure Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› PayPal® IPN Integration and Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› PayPal® PDT Integration are configured properly. Once you’ve configured s2Member with your PayPal Account Details, IPN Integration, and PDT Integration, you can use a s2Member Pro-Form (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Quick Start Guide) to make use of on-site processing. The SSL certificate installation is something you’ll need to contact your web host for assistance installing. |

Hi Kevin, As Cristian mentioned, s2Member does not integrate with or handle WordPress admin access. s2Member is designed to offer control over content restriction for users with the Subscriber capabilities. If you want to create an additional WordPress admin, you can do so within the WordPress Add User panel. If you want to create a custom sub-admin WordPress role, you’ll need to handle that customization yourself as s2Member doesn’t support that. As per our support policy we cannot assit with custom features (please see s2Member® » Support Policy » Outside Scope). |

Hi Zoe, That is correct. For subscriptions, s2Member does not store the EOT; it waits until it receives an IPN message from the payment gateway indicating an EOT should be assigned to the member. For Buy Now transactions (including Level access that is granted for a non-recurring period), s2Member will set the EOT at the time of the transaction. |
