Thanks for the quick response. I am using the Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator plugin for video. I do not use anything but godaddy to host videos with s2member protection.

Do I need to switch to another player? All of the videos are in mp4 only.

If I want 30 days, can I cut and paste from the example listed in dripping below and paste into my html of a page?

membership options page has (no parent), default template, order 0

Does that matter?

I still get this on /academy-page/

Nope. I have w3 cache, at page cache, everything is checked off including, cache 404 (not found) pages.

I saved, empty cache. I also re-tried all other options listed again.

On w3cache, above general options page: disc: basic enabled.

More options, please

Hi, tried resetting permalinks, no luck.

Any plug in conflicts known? I disabled most of my plug ins and still nothing.

Hi, no 404 with public viewing.

I think the membership options page might have been deleted while still pointing as a redirect.

I re-created the membership options page and it is listed as the redirect page in s2member but it is not working.

Help again please.

Thanks for the reply, my web designer did a great deal of customization, which is great with S2member, I have several separate video sections to sell on line/downloads, plus I am selling DVD’s with custom S2member integration. I am looking for the commerce feel, which I think my theme lacks more than anything (Weaver 2).

I do not think S2memeber is the issue, but adding some ecommerce features for the future would simplify the process for the newbies like me.

Nothing but great things to say about S2member, I just hope to find a plug in for that feel, I look at TPC, but that’s very hard for a beginner to navigate.
