Hello Alessandro, So if I understood correctly, if you try to access your website without the www. you go to the www. version correct? And if you try to access the www. version you get the same right? If not, then you haven’t applied what’s on the article, or you didn’t do it correctly. The maintenance mode shouldn’t be the problem. Do you have logging enabled? Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging, if it isn’t active, then please activate it. Also, this reminds me, are you in a PayPal sandbox account? Also, try the button without all the spaces in between: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Charles, No I don’t have any experience with those plugins, the best you can do is simply test them, make sure they don’t interfere with s2Member, if they do, you would probably get an error notice, or something wouldn’t work right, so it’s all about testing. Sorry I’m not able to help any further. :/ |

OK, if you don’t know how to show a screenshot here, it’s OK. Although I would still like if you could please tell me in which options you are restricting access to which pages. Meanwhile, are you sure you setup a membership options page under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Membership Options Page? If not, then I suggest you do, since you can’t restrict access without that page set. ;) |

Hello Charles, Yes, it has been tested (also by Jason [lead developer])and it works correctly, the only problem is that you won’t be able to test access without deactivating it, if the user isn’t an admin this plugin won’t allow them to access the content. Just something to keep in mind. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Philip, Thanks for the update! Yes a test-site is a must have, always. And, apparently yes, a plugin was still active or something even though you uninstalled them. Once again, thanks for the update. :) |

Yes that is very strange, May I ask, where did you set your level restriction? Asking cause there are several places to do this, also, as I understand it, you set it to require level 4 correct? Could you please show a screenshot of how your restrictions? Thanks. :) |

Hello Genie, I would first suggest you make sure that you are logged out when accessing that page, in other words make sure you’re not inside your admin account, since admin accounts can access any content. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Claudine, I suppose you are not using a program like FileZilla correct? If you aren’t, then you would have to upload each file individually (most Cpanel FTPs I’ve seen don’t support multiple file uploads), if you are using FileZilla, then you are not doing something correctly, because FileZilla does allow you to upload several files. You can check this link for detailed instructions on how to do it: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Alessandro, There are a couple of things that I remember that cause this error. 1. Your button has an invalid custom=”” value, make sure it has the correct URL of your website (without http://, only http://www.yourwebsite.com). 2. Your website does not follow the following instructions: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Robert, Well you might like to modify WordPress’ registration page so that it shows the fields the user selected through $_POST or $_GET, that way you’ll get easy and fast access to it. That’s what I normally do, just remember to not do it with sensitive data (password etc.). Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Wayne, Have you tried a manual upload? Also, which logo may you be referring to in which s2Member settings? Just to be able to troubleshoot. |

Hello Kim, Have you looked at the success=”” attribute? It can be found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) at the bottom. Also, if you’re selling PDFs you might be interested in this video: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Robert, I may have the answer, but I need to know in which part of the registration you need this info, right at registration? Right after registration? etc. You might want to check Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Notifications meanwhile. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mark, With the pro version of s2Member you can integrate a s2Member pro login/register widget, in which you can configure it so that it redirects to the last page the user was in before logging in. Hope this helps. :) |

Oh yes, sorry for my confusion. Yes page/post IDs are what you’re looking for, and that plugin I pointed you to is very user friendly. :) |

Oh OK, well, in my website I don’t really accept registration, but if users are willing to share the URL to their website, then you can see a couple of examples. You can check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Login Registration Design to see if you can achieve what you need though. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Jose, This is actually not correct, if you are using a button, then they should be redirected to a custom registration page of your own, or something along those lines. If you are using pro-forms, then this is more like a “Congratulations for registering!” kinda page, or a special page for your flow. Hope this clears something up. :) |
