I suppose so, although if you get any strange problems in your website, make sure the first thing you try is disabling W3 Total Cache. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Joe, If you’re hesitant to change the theme, then what you can do is try it on a clean install, so that only s2Member is installed and the default theme, this would of course be a different installation than the current one. Also, if you could provide URLs to what each page represents, that would be very helpful, you can use example.com if you’re not comfortable with giving out your website’s URL. Also, could you please take a screenshot of how the problem looks? So that we can have a clearer idea of the problem. Thanks. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mike, I believe you can add this using a WordPress conditional to check if the user is logged in. And you would also use the following WordPress functions: Hope this helps. :) P.S.: Please post any questions you have in the customer support forum, so that the support reps can see it. ;) |

Hello Montaya, The membership options page is required by s2Member, without it, it can’t block any content, after all, it’s the page to which s2Member redirects the user to if the user doesn’t have the required access. Also, the login welcome page is required I believe, haven’t tested it, but it’s always a good idea to have it, otherwise members won’t have anywhere to go once they login (meant to be sort of a “Welcome!” kind of page). Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Steve, This is currently not possible unless you have the pro version (you would use the login widget following the instructions under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Pro Login Widget (via PHP)), also, members normally use the wp-login.php page, they just get redirected from the other page. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Charles, That’s correct, there are issues with W3 Total Cache if you have object caching enabled if I’m not mistaken, check this post for more info: http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=29559#p29559 You can use Quick Cache which works perfectly with s2Member. Hope this helps. :) |

That would be for the email right Cassel? For the page itself you would use constants, which you can find under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› PHP/API Constants. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Joe, Could you please try again with the default WordPress theme (TwentyEleven), also, the edit member profile page, if it’s in the admin side of WordPress (in other words, if you can see the toolbar in the left) then it’s not actually using the s2Member profile shortcode. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Amber, Since you’re a pro member of s2Member, you can use the success attribute in order to specify the page the users will go to once their payment is complete. You can find it at the bottom of the list under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained), and here’s a little more info about it: Pre Sale FAQs » Is there a way to force a custom redirect after a successful purchase? Also, you can use s2Member conditionals to separate the content on that page depending on the user’s level, you can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals, and here’s an article about them: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Chris, In that case you wouldn’t put any restrictions to that field. Does this answer your question? |

Hello Harry, No, for that use you don’t need to buy an unlimited site license. Also, for the synchronization to work correctly you would need to code it yourself, currently s2Member doesn’t support this behavior. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Robert, Yes this should be fairly easy in jQuery, although I don’t understand why you are accessing the database in your code, even though at this point the database isn’t brought up in the registration. Anyway, the jQuery I would use to get the value of a field would be:
or
Which ever works best for you. ;) If they don’t work, please tell me. ;) |
