Since Jason recommends in the documentation to use the player in the jwplayer directory, I’d work with that instead of the plugin.

Could you submit your login info via contact form so I take a look? Could you also include the name of the video file in your Amazon bucket, as well as the page you tried the code to embed the file in? s2Member® » Private Contact Form

Thanks!

Could you post here the entries from that log? x’ing out the email address, please. Thanks!

About the bcc hack, did you update it with your email address so it sends you a copy of the email sent to the AWeber? Did you get the email?

1. It’ll be best to use s2Member’s custom field for the post to have the page served via SSL. Pre Sale FAQs » Do I need an SSL certificate to use PayPal® Pro or Authorize.Net®?

2. I think it’d best to use the s2Member confirmation email for the first one in the emails sequence, the AWeber emails can start with the second email in the sequence. The confirmation email will have the link that lets the person load the page protected with the Specific Restriction, and you can’t get that link generated for the AWeber sequence. The confirmation email also gives you several replacement codes you can use to customize it. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Specific Post/Page Confirmation Email[/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)

Those shortcode attributes, [hilite mono]tp[/hilite] and [hilite mono]tt[/hilite], are available for the pro-form too. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained)[/hilite]

Understood. :)

Did you try the bbc trick to get a copy of the email s2Member sends to AWeber? Did you get it? Knowledge Base » Debugging the AWeber integration

Got it. Yeah, please let us know how it works in the other site.

Normally that happens when a theme or plugin affects the JavaScript, but if you’re using the default theme and aren’t using other plugins, then I don’t know.

Ah, yes, it’ll change massively. A lot of work is going into that to make the fields much easier to handle and more powerful. :)

Hi Manuel. Thanks for the support. :)

s2Member doesn’t generate donation buttons to sell memberships, but you could try creating one over at PayPal and integrating it with s2Member following the instructions in this article: Knowledge Base » Using PayPal created buttons

Let me know if that helps.

Eva, I just noticed your post. I moved it from the Community to the Customer Forum now.

When you tried this first, before installing the JW Player plugin, had you uploaded the player (not the plugin) to a /jwplayer/ dir? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Download Options -› JW Player® & RTMP Protocol Examples[/hilite]

Download JW Player® here, and upload [hilite mono]/jwplayer/[/hilite] to your website’s root directory.

Hi Luke.

I’m emailing Jason to ask him about this. Thanks for your patience. :)

Hi Boudewijn. I replied to your other post earlier: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/installation-problems/#post-12113 :)

I’ll close this one so we keep the conversation in one thread.

What gateway will you be using, Melanie?

Posted: Saturday Apr 28th, 2012 at 4:25 am #12130

Hi Scott.

There isn’t a video or article for this integration yet, but it’s not really hard. Have you gone to your ClickBank options page in s2Member and read the documentation there?

First activate the ClickBank gateway from [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Other Gateways[/hilite], check the box for it, save and then refresh the page.

Now in the menu you’ll see the ClickBank entries, go to the Options page and follow the documentation. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Account Details[/hilite]

I suggest that you enable logging right away, so logs are created while you test the integration, that way if something goes wrong, it’ll be easier to spot what. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite]

Let me know how it goes. :)

Hi Melanie. :)

If you set up the AWeber list for the free users, then you can register free users to try the integration. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / List Servers -› AWeber® -> List ID(s) for Free Subscribers[/hilite]

This article can be useful to sort out the AWeber integration problems: Knowledge Base » Debugging the AWeber integration

I hope that helps. :)

I can understand you. I’m very sorry you couldn’t take advantage of s2Member. What hosting service are you using?

I hope you solve the emails problem soon and then you can try once more. Feel free to ask for help again if you need it.

All the best. :)

Great! Thanks for the update. :)

Right now we don’t have a vouchers functionality in s2Member. Something you could do is have the manager log out of his account, purchase the paid access and then not register an account, instead he’d forward the confirmation email s2Member sends him, to his employee for him to use that link and register a new account.

Or, if you don’t mind doing a bit of manual work for this, have the manager pay you in some way and tell you a username and email address for his employee, then you can create the user yourself. [hilite path]WP Admin -> Users -> Add New[/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)

So you basically had just WordPress with the default theme and just the s2Member plugin and you still didn’t have the s2Member panels show up properly in the its admin pages?

Could you post a screenshot of the whole General Options page? The one in the first post seems to just be the Email Configuration panel. Thanks!

Posted: Saturday Apr 28th, 2012 at 12:03 am #12115

Right, you’d use the Notifications API. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Notifications[/hilite]

Or use the built-in AWeber integration, found here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / List Servers -› AWeber®[/hilite]

I hope that helps. :)

Go to the page restriction panel, cut the IDs of the posts you want from your Level 1 box, and past them in the Level 0 one. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Page Access Restrictions[/hilite] :)

Thanks Melanie. :)

Boudewijn, s2Member Pro is an add-on to the s2Member Framework, you can’t have the add-on without the framework installed too. The framework is installed as any plugin, you can search for it, install and activate it from the admin area. Then the Pro add-on is uploaded via FTP to the plugins dir of your WP and it’ll automatically be added in your admin area.

s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions

I hope that helps.!

I see. I’m not sure why that’s happening.

Are you logged in when you try it? Do you have a PHP execution plugin installed?

Hi Will, Elizabeth already refunded the second payment made. She sent you an email earlier. Please, let me know if you didn’t get it.

Andrew, I emailed Jason asking him about it. I’ll let you know when I hear back from him. :)
