Yes, that helps. I will not put anything in the EOT field. I’ll let the gateways do their job. Thanks.

Were you the test order from Ana? I do not see that user in the system (or in Aweber). Did you actually register?

I thought that s2member automatically served up the “time to register” page. It is possible that my tech team changed this when they were trying to set up an advanced integration with ShareASale.

I will need to get this solved, but not for this program. Last night I had to switch back to 1ShoppingCart and deliver my course via InstantTeleseminar password protected pages since I couldn’t get it fixed in time.

But I am not giving up on s2member. I will be back when I am setting it up on another site.

Yes, that helps completely. Thanks.

Yes, that is the same info.

I now have a new problem with this. I have the button created and it works fine to accept the payment and redirect me (as the test buyer) back to the home page of the site, but it does not give me page to register or put me onto the Aweber email. I am not showing up as a user either.

Any ideas what I should adjust so that PayPal is correctly telling s2member about my orders and getting them in the system?

The test order button is on the BOTTOM of this temporary page:

OK, I kept digging and found it. For anyone else hunting for how to use buttons hosted by PayPal, go here:

Thanks, Eduan. I have reached out to Optimize Press for help. The TRUEedit plugin did take away the space above the button, but unfortunately, it stripped out all other line returns making my site unreadable. Thankfully, deactivating it put my site back to normal.

Really need to get this fixed. My sales letter goes live tomorrow for a pre-launch and will be totally ready to go by Tuesday.

OK, thanks. I will do that. At least I know not to keep looking for the way to resend it. Appreciate your time in answering my question.

OK, I have answered my own question and will put the answer here to close this loop.

Video about Custom Capabilities is here:

And, yes, it does appear that with s2Member Pro I can accomplish what I want.

Finally, I have to say HOLY COW, s2member is simply amazing. Seriously, a great plugin.

I’m beginning to think that this is a function of Custom Capabilities in the Pro version. Is there somewhere I can learn more about what can be done with Custom Capabilities?

I think you may need to check your theme for this, not s2member, which shouldn’t have any impact on your ad widget.

My site will have Level 1, 2 and 3 (paid) members only. No free registration.

I want to be able to sell access to a page on the site using Specific Post/Page Access Restrictions to non-members but I want Level 1, 2 and 3 members to also have access to this page. I know that I cannot make this page restricted to paid member access and also sell it.

“if you configure s2Member, in such as a way, that a Post/Page requires Membership Level Access, you cannot sell that same Post/Page through Specific Post/Page Access. Doing so, would create a conflict. Customers that purchased Specific Post/Page Access, would be unable to access the Post/Page – without also having a Membership.”

What I want to know is how to get members access to the Specific Page that non-members will be buying without members having to pay for it.

Does that help?

Thanks so much for answering! I will get the plug in installed and check out the documentation.
