What I said, is that I’m not able to have the reference option on my paypal account.
So I cannot use the paypal option in my pro-form (annoying).
I cannot also use your shortcode of the paypal button, it doesn’t work on my theme, I don’t know why when the pro form work….
Now I created a paypal button from paypal and I have to create the user manually, it’s really not the best solution.
What can I do to help or repair that.

I have the same issue now, I had the reference api active on my paypal account but now paypal disabled it because I had a chargeback this week. Do you know anything I can do to bypass this and not only accept credit card payment when I have the option paypal on the proform..

Okay cool I will, it’s because when you login you have an error ”you don’t have sufficient access to access…” but it’s normal you need to return on and then enter with the theme option instead of dashboard.
I just changed the password of your profile I will write it down in the private contact

I notice that I have a lot of skipped payment everyday, around 2-5 skipped payment. It’s frustrating.
Can you check if it’s a problem in the configuration too. Thank you for your tremendous help.

I just had another problem with someone tried to get a membership, but he’s from Germany, every time someone from Germany tried to get a membership I have to do it manually and it working.

you can have access, it’s just because you can’t click on dasboard (it’s like a bug on my site) you have to go on another menu like theme to go in the dashboard…

Like I said the buyers can buy on a paypal pro gateway on my woocommerce or with normal checkout too, but not a membership with your form…

I had another time the same error, it’s like some time my site have a problem with the role and capabilities…
I don’t know if you can take a look into my database and be sure everything is okay, because it’s a real problem and it appear like by magic, because everything was working find the last 2-3 months.

The user has been created on paypal, and on my site. But he didn’t turn as a member level1, he stayed subscriber.
It happened 2-3 times yesterday with a new members. But some just work perfectly, it’s weird

Hi Cristian, I didn’t change any plugin from the last 6 months I think and everything worked find before the last 1 month. I had two times the error yesterday, I found one of the log from a customer who turned into a subscriber after he paid.
I want to send you the logs in private and maybe you can take a look in my logs because I have a lot of files lol.

I just uninstalled s2member and now members can login, but when I try to sign up as an admin that said that I don’t have enough permission to access. But I can click on the option theme and access the dashboard by pass the dashboard button. How I can fix this little glitch. bbpress fuck my permission literally.

I’m not sure to understand that I will have error when people cancel their membership from my old paypal account. Because it’s work now. It doesn’t work only when it’s a failed payment. Plus I haven’t the last error from paypal when people try to subscribe with their paypal account from the latest update. Can you explain it why it works now please

Now with the last update, I think that’s fix. But person who have the failed payment doesn’t come to subscriber, only person who cancel or account suspended.

If in the same time you can check another problem, when a payment is failed, not cancel, skipped or suspend, failed it not demote to subscriber the customer.

Message from paypal: The automatic payment from ****** has failed 1 times. As a result, we will not try to process this automatic payment again. You should contact your buyer to collect the outstanding balance.
I have to demote it manually.
