If you try it with a regular WP page, does it work and take you there? Also, could you please show me the log entries (from every log file, including the PayPal ones) for the transaction with the problem? x’ing out any private info, please. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite] Thanks! |

Yeah, I tried the ccBill button generator with an amount higher than that, and it gave me an error saying that it couldn’t be more than $100. I’m not familiar with this, so I’ll contact Jason to ask him about it. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from him. Thanks! |

I created a new button with the shortcode you had, but changing the amount to 1 cent. Logged out of the admin account, purchased and everything went fine. I got the signup confirmation email, I was able to register, could login, had the right access to the content. I looked at the logs and couldn’t find any errors. Could you try reproducing the error and telling me exactly the steps to take in order to see it on my end? Thanks! :) |

I believe you would see it, since the subscription would have been created, even if the payment had not happened yet. Where it would show I’m not sure, since PayPal seems to have different interfaces now (some people have the old one, others a new one that came out recently). I’d ask PayPal support where you can find your customer’s subscriptions in your account. |

Hi Kevin. Could you show us the shortcode you’re using? And the log entries for this transaction with the error, please. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite] Thanks! |

In order to avoid all those shortcodes in the page, you could instead have a link with a var for the shortcode, and have a hack that’ll parse the shortcode when the link is clicked, that way only one shortcode gets parsed. Use output URL to do the redirection. Create /wp-content/mu-plugins/s2hacks.php [hilite pre_code]'[first shortcode output="url"]', 2 => '[second shortcode output="url"]', ); if (isset($_GET['button']) && isset($shortcodes[$_GET['button']])) wp_redirect(do_shortcode($shortcodes[$_GET['button']])); } [/hilite] Then the links would be your site’s URL with [hilite mono]?button=1[/hilite] at the end. http://yoursite.com/?button=1 I hope that helps.

I don’t know. You can see what it returns using the filter [hilite mono]ws_plugin__s2member_ms_process_signup_meta[/hilite]. http://www.s2member.com/codex/stable/source/s2member/includes/classes/registrations.inc.php/#src_doc_line_148 |

Yes, pretty much, but if you create the buttons over at PayPal, you have to add the s2Member integration while creating the button, not after, as explained in the article: Knowledge Base » Using PayPal created buttons |

In the CSS file you’ll find that all image files have before them [hilite code][/hilite], which seems to be the variable for the path to that file. It wouldn’t be hard to change the value of that variable at the beginning of the file so all point to the Amazon bucket. |

You’d need to search for them in the code… You can use a text editor that lets you search in multiple files (like all files in a certain directory), and look for the file’s name. I use EditPlus, but there are other editors that can do it too. For example, visa-card.png can be found in these files: |

Got it. Could you show me the hack that was causing you the problem? I’d like to make sure it’s the latest one. It had to be fixed a couple or more times before. |

I’m not sure what the reason is. I know the JS has variables that get loaded dynamically, but don’t know if the CSS does too. I’m guessing not since, unlike the JS, it’s okay to disable it. This is most likely going to change in the new s2Member being developed, though, so that these files don’t need to be loaded this way. :) |

Ah ok, I thought you were asking about how to do it now. Yes, I agree with you, and am adding it to the feature requests list. :) |

I just came back now. Got your email, thanks. Tried to login to the FTP, but it’s not working. Tried port 23 as you said there, but no luck, also tried 21 and 22, but nothing either. Tried without www as you wrote, but didn’t succeed, so also tried with www and ftp, but couldn’t login. Could you verify that all the info is correct using it first and resending it, please? Host, user, pass, port. Thanks! |

You’re moving in the right direction, I think. Shortcodes can have attributes, which you wrote in the function ([hilite mono]$atts[/hilite]), but not in the shortcode. http://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API You could make the shortcode and attribute be: [hilite mono][s2Drip days="30"][/hilite]. |

Yes! We have in our gateway requests list, as one that may be added in the future, MercadoPago, which I know would be great for Argentina. We’ll make an announcement if that ever happens. :) |

Hi Bryan. Yes, s2Member’s CSS and JS are dynamic and loaded like that. You can remove s2Member’s CSS if you want, but not the JS. Pre Sale FAQs » How can I prevent s2Member® Pro from loading it’s default CSS? |

Hi Nirmal. When you did that edit, what errors did you get? Also, have you tried opening the file in OpenOffice Calc instead of MS Office Excel? If using OO Calc doesn’t help, could you send the login info so I take a look at the export? s2Member® » Private Contact Form |
