Also, can I still have different lists for each level using the API notification?

I have Level 0 and Level 1 with several custom capabilities. I know I can’t have different lists for custom capabilities but a different list for Level 1 would be good.

Yes, the site was live and I was having SSL issues that I didn’t know about so the purchase form wasn’t working.

This seems odd that we can’t change the OTO though. What if 6 months from now I have a new offer I want to make to my members as an OTO?

I would rather have the ability to show an OTO X number of times rather than on specifically the 1st, 5th or 23rd. That seems highly limiting when yo have a membership site. You can never make an OTO to your oldest members…

Mark that as a feature request then.

The issue appears to have been related to my SSL certificate and the www extension. I think I’ve resolved it now. Thanks.

There also appears to be something wrong with the Pro Forms showing properly.

I’m on Optimize Press, if that’s important. I had these all set and working correctly then suddenly all the payment forms have lost their CSS formatting. I fiddled with the settings, basically to reset everything with no changes and they worked fine again. Now they aren’t formatting properly…again!

This has been resolved. Apparently the SSL certificate was not properly installed by my ISP.

I’m still stumped on this one. Anyone have any thoughts? Is there any reason why an SSL on a subdomain would be an issue?

Thanks Jason. That thought actually occurred to me after I sent you the Dashboard details.

I want to install BuddyPress and bbPress but have had some compatibility issues with BuddyPress and Optimize Press. I’m assuming I can successfully reinstall bbPress without issue though.

If this problem occurs again can I just use the General Options >> Member Levels/Labels >> Reset Roles/Capabilities button to fix it again?

I’m not finding anything in these videos that suggest a problem. I haven’t made any content restrictions other than to my basic content pages using the drop down menu and custom capabilities. Either way, the Members Home page is setup as the Login Welcome Page.

As for the Login Page Conflicts video, I’m using either the WordPress Login or the s2Member Pro Login Widget and nothing that is custom. Neither of these options work.

I will setup and send you some login credentials so you can troubleshoot.

Jason,
I just took at look at that article.

I NEVER use www anywhere. But just to be sure I took a quick look at the Settings > General and confirmed there’s no www there either. I also checked, just to make sure, that page id 33 is the Members Home page that I have configured under Login Welcome Page.

Like I said, as far as I can tell everything is configured correctly.

Also, just to test everything and make sure I wasn’t missing something I ran through the entire subscribe process again with a new email and new user name. Same results. Still sends me to the Membership Option page with the Blog Nav Bar rather than the Members Home and the Members Nav Bar.

Any other thoughts?

Jason,
I’m trying to consolidate the content but there is a compatibility issue with Optimize Press and Buddy Press. I checked in with Optimize Press and they said they are working on the compatibility issue and hope to have an update sometime early this year. For the moment I was just trying to find a work around.

I think I’ll probably just wait and add that feature to my site when the compatibility part is worked out.

Raam,
Oops, I guess I wasn’t clear. Here is the site I am building: http://rewriteyoursuccessstory.com

I am using Optimize Press for the site and for the Login link I added in the navigation menu part it points to a page I created using the Member 1 Login Page (WP) Template….which I believe is the Optimize Press template.

This is the page I am referring to that does not redirect properly. I recognize now this may be an Optimize Press issue but if you have any understanding of this please advise.
