Hello Fiona, Could you please put the code that appears? Make sure to put it between the code tags. ;) The differences between the free version of s2Member and the pro version of s2Member can be found here: Hope this helps. :) |

I believe the reason for that is because this is a WordPress function, not an s2Member function, and the theme can change this, I believe that’s it. Hope this helps. :) |

Hmm, I’m not sure what else to say, obviously your server is not really OK, since you have these problems, also, could you please do a plugins compatibility test? Just to get that out of the way. You can do it by simply disabling all the plugins and then if the problem disappears then re-activate them one-by-one until the problem appears again, and then you have your culprit, this might be specially the case for the fact that the admin disappears when you have s2Member enabled. Also, the last two errors you posted point to a file that’s not really s2Member’s or Quick Cache’s, it’s either a WordPress file (most probably) or another file. Please tell me how it goes. :) |

Hello Helen and Devra, This isn’t possible with s2Member, you can only offer 1 free level, that said, since you have the pro version of s2Member you can offer higher levels (paid levels) for free, using the free registration pro-form, you can find an article here: Knowledge Base » Offering Paid Member Registration for Free, Using Pro-Forms For the different welcome pages, I’m pretty sure this isn’t possible, as-is, you can use s2Member conditionals in order to check the user’s level and display something different depending on that. Here’s an article about them: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Dean, I suggest you try the s2m-server-check.php file, simply upload it to your WordPress folder and open the URL with a browser. It should tell you the necessary amount of memory you need, and what you have. Also, in what server are you being hosted? Just for future reference. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Vincent, To add the ccap, and to remove it, both are the same way. I believe Cristián would recommend that you do this through the user’s profile. Go to WP Admin -> Users -> All Users -> user's username and there you will find an s2Member section for the user, there should be a ccap section I believe, and you can add or remove ccaps there manually. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Ian, I am pretty sure those URLs are user specific, in other words, they cannot be shared, it will only work with the client, computer, IP etc. that the user bought it with. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Corey, The problem here is simple really, it’s not regarded as a plugin, but rather as an addon, so what you have to do is install the free version of s2Member, and then through FTP upload the s2member-pro folder. You can get exact installation instructions in this link: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Dorina, Not sure you can do exceptions, or like you said “all except my profile”. s2Member doesn’t really work with a whitelist or exceptions, it only works with blacklist, in other words, you can only block and not make an exception. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Hello Mark, There are several ways to achieve this, one would be to use conditionals, so that the users can’t see something from a lower level, you can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals, and here’s an article about them: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals Another way to achieve this is to use custom capabilities (ccaps) instead of levels, they are independent although can be a little trickier, you can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Custom Capabilities, here’s an article about them: Video » s2Member (Custom Capabilities) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Philip, A way to avoid this is to use s2Member conditionals to protect the subscribe button to a level 0 user, so the user has to be registered to buy it and can’t make a second account. You can find conditionals under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals, you can also find an article about them here: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Tuhin, Currently there aren’t any shopping cart integrations with s2Member, you would have to pay a developer to integrate it for you, you can check for developers at websites like jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com etc. Hope this helps. :) |

Well that’s very strange, btw, when you open http://www.tennis-see.com/wp-admin it should redirect to http://www.tennis-see.com/wp-login.php, does that happen? Also, s2Member does not introduce this behavior, so all I can think of is a theme or plugin compatibility problem. To test if a compatibility problem exists, for the theme simply change it back to the default WordPress theme (TwentyEleven), and for the plugins, you gotta disable all the plugins and if the problem disappears, then re-activate them one-by-one until you find the one causing the problem. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Saskia, If I understood correctly, there isn’t a way to make a whitelist with s2Member, only blacklists. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Terrance, I don’t believe this is possible with s2Member, you would have to pay a developer to do this customization for you. You can try at websites like jobs.wordpress.net or something like that. Hope this helps. :) |
