Hello Stuart, I’m sorry to say there isn’t a way to offer plugin functionality depending on the level, unless you make the plugins only work if the user has that level, but this is not offered within s2Member. And about the affiliate payouts, you would have to check the software you would use for that, cause s2Member only checks from what affiliate the customer came if I’m not mistaken. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Miguel, That is because if you have s2Member pro-forms, then you can support payments in various credit cards, if you have PayPal pro. If you wish to hide these, you would simply follow these instructions:
Hope this helps. :) |

I don’t know what to say at this point… I could only tell you to uninstall other plugins besides s2Member, or uninstall s2Member, all after making a complete backup of course. :) |

So, you say this is probably because you used the same email in two accounts correct? If so, I don’t believe this should happen, at worst WordPress would just tell you to use another email address. Did you do anything else besides making that user? |

Hello Suhaib, Thanks for confirming, yes s2Member pro-forms, there can’t be 2 on the same page/post. I’m gonna close this topic. :) |

The only suggestions I can offer in this case are two:
I honestly believe the first option will be your safest bet, since if the theme updates, you will have to find that inconsistency again. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Joe, In my understanding, that really shouldn’t be happening at all, can you not login into your admin account? Even with the normal WordPress login page (yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php)? |

I believe not… I believe those fields are for developing plugins and hacks that require these calls. Hope this helps. :) |

To tell you the truth, I haven’t translated s2Member once, so I don’t know how to do it, you could however get in touch with this member: He has successfully translated s2member to French, I’m sure he’ll be able to give you some tips. I’m sorry I can’t be of much more help. :( |

Hello Alex, There is no tutorial on that, it’s just some fancy but simple CSS styles, I’m sure any developer can do them easily (if he can see them). You can hire a developer at websites like elance.com or jobs.wordpress.net if you can’t do them yourself. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Rolo, I believe you would have to hire a developer to do this for you seeing how it’s an advanced topic, unless you can do it yourself. You can check at websites like elance.com or jobs.wordpress.net. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello rockstar47, So basically the problem is the shortcode is not working correctly right? If so, then I suggest you run a compatibility test, simply change your theme back to the default one (TwentyEleven) and see if that fixes it. Also, run a plugin test, simply disable all your plugins except s2Member, if the problems stop then you can be sure another plugin is doing something to the shortcode. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Tom, If you don’t have the pro version of s2Member you can’t use pro-forms, also, pro-forms are already integrated with express checkout. Hope this info helps. :) |

Hello idorkstah, There isn’t something like that integrated into WordPress or s2Member currently, there might be some plugin for this however, you can try searching for “username filter wordpress” or something along those lines in Google and see if you get some results. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello there I’m sorry to say there isn’t a way to do this currently. You might be interested in not using Google Translate though, it is known for very simple grammatical errors that can break a whole sentence (if you know 2 languages, try it and you’ll see what I mean). I’m sorry I can’t be of much help. :( |

Hello Mick, Have you tried doing a theme compatibility test? Just change the theme back to the default WordPress theme (TwentyEleven). If that doesn’t work, have you tried doing a plugin compatibility test? Just deactivate every plugin except s2Member, and if the problem fixes itself, then activate each plugin one by one until you find the one causing the incompatibility. You can of course make a complete backup of your entire website in case something goes wrong. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Sheila, I believe this happens when the free version of s2Member is updated and the pro version isn’t. So the solution is to simply tell your clients to not update s2Member without also upgrading the pro version of s2Member, they are using their own licenses right? I hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mick, Well, I think you could make a total backup of your entire site and then deactivate Buddypress as Cristián said. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Yechiel, No idea where it could be, but I suggest you use the translation features, otherwise you might have to do the translation each time you update s2Member, which is usually a couple of times a month. If you want to do it that way, you can use any text editor that supports searching through various folders/files and search for that specific text you want to translate. Once again, I suggest you check the FAQ as it contains the needed instructions. And if possible, once you’re finished, do you think you could post your translation in the translation forums, that way other people can use it too. :) Once again, hope this helps. :) |

Have you activated multisite under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Multisite (Config)? |
