I see. In any case if you find a way that works for you then it’s OK. :) How did you get access to the pro version though? It shows that you haven’t brought the pro version. – Eduan |

Hello Bruce,
Could you please explain? What do you mean? You can’t move from un-protected page to un-protected page? And with the fact that it overrides your links, you mean that it sends you to the page you set as the membership options page?
Could you please show us a screenshot of this. Otherwise we can’t provide much help. – Eduan |

Hello Mark, Yes this is possible, but you need to use custom capabilities as I said in my previous post. You would simply offer level 0 along with custom capabilities. Although to be able to do this you need to use s2Member pro version’s pro-forms. Otherwise you can’t offer level 0 with custom capabilities. :/ – Eduan |

Ah I see. Are you using your own WP Cron Job? If you’re not sure please ask your developer, those logs suggest that you are. :) – Eduan |

Hello Don, These forums are not for the Ad Injection plugin. We also dropped support for the Ad Codes Widget plugin, so if there are conflicts we can’t do anything to fix them. – Eduan |

Hello Strone, While it is possible to integrate them, we have no instructions on how to do it. The best tip we have is this one: Also, please don’t expect support in the community forums. At least not from the s2Member team. :) – Eduan |

Yes I see what you mean Boudewijn. Basically show a little icon of the minimal level it requires right? |

Hello Tom,
What do you mean? You mean if s2Member grabs the user data from MailChimp?
Yes it does, pretty sure. :) – Eduan |

Hello Sofia, Do the users get any errors? Could you please ask them? And if they do, what is the error they get? – Eduan |

I see what you mean. Well I’m not sure if this is possible or not, however the fact that you’re getting errors tells me it’s not possible by default. I’ll ask Jason and see what he has to say about this. :) – Eduan |

That’s strange behavior. Could you please try clearing your cache and see if that fixes the problem? Clear your browser’s cache, and also clear the cache of any caching plugin you have installed (if any). If that doesn’t solve it then the problem is most likely that when the user logs in, for some reason the login welcome page is restricted for him, and so he gets redirected to the membership options page. That’s most likely what’s happening. Although I don’t know the cause… Could you please try all of these common trouble shooting tips, perhaps one of them fixes the problem: – Eduan |

Hello Danny, I’m afraid that error doesn’t say much. Ah… It might be that your WordPress and s2Member versions are very outdated. Could you try updating them, starting with s2Member and then updating WordPress? Thanks! – Eduan |

Hello Mark, You mean offer several free levels? Or offer several “branches” of level 0? If it’s the second then you can easily achieve it using custom capabilities. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Custom Capabilities for more info. You can also watch this video to learn more about custom capabilities: – Eduan |

There is a way to output it in a shortcode actually:
Sorry I didn’t notice that before. I found it under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› PHP/API Constants. – Eduan |

You can just tell me the following details: – What username it was bought for. With that it should be enough for Elizabeth to know if the transaction was made or not. I think. You can provide those details here (which aren’t really private) so I can give them to Elizabeth, or I can contact Elizabeth so that she contacts you. Which do you prefer? – Eduan |

You can. However this is for the amount of times the user has logged-in. And you’re asking for the amount of times the user has logged-out. Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant? – Eduan |

If you want to integrate CC Avenue Payments you can do so yourself or you can hire a developer to do so for you. In any case a high knowledge of code is required. You can hire a freelancer to add this payment gateway for you at websites like elance.com, freelancer.com or jobs.wordpress.net. However be aware that you might not find anyone that can do it. :) – Eduan |

Just to make things clear. No matter which payment gateways are active, if you don’t use them, the user won’t know you have them. Also you don’t have several payment gateways until you have the pro version (only PayPal and Authorize.net). Also, these two cannot be deactivated. They both have to be active at all times, even if you don’t use them. OK next, how will you receive the user’s payments? By mail (in a check)? Other payment gateway? Physical money? – Eduan |
