Hello Boudewijn, I think you would use this wp_mail() function in an MU plugin. Also, you wouldn’t hook this into s2Member, you would hook this into WordPress, because the new user email is handled by WordPress. Now, don’t take this for granted, because I’m not sure, just telling you what I think with my small knowledge. :) – Eduan |

Hmm… I can’t see what the problem may be. Maybe Jason, Bruce or Cristian may have an idea. But you’re gonna have to wait till Monday for that. :/ – Eduan |

I see. So are you accessing the main website? Or the sub-domain? |

Hello Diana, If you have the pro version it is possible with it’s import/export features. However I haven’t done an import/export before so I’m not sure if extra steps are involved in this. :) – Eduan |

I see, while this is pretty easy with the buttons (just a little bit of code) it would require a more advanced approach with the pro-forms, not all that advanced in comparison though. You will have to modify the pro-form’s template though.
I see. I’ll tell this to Jason so that he can consider it. Not sure if it’s gonna get implemented in the next generation of s2Member though, so I’ll also ask him. :)
I see, well the pro-forms are designed to be compatible with lots of themes, plugins and most importantly, devices. So they can’t get too advanced or the theme may mess it up, or another plugin could, or it may not even be compatible with other devices (like mobile devices).
I guess so. :/ |

Hmm, I’m sorry then. :( Although you don’t have to code it in yourself. You could hire a freelancer to do this for you. If you’re interested check in jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com. :) – Eduan |

Hmm… Not sure what you mean with a sub-directory. Could you please post the entire structure of your website? Or at least explain what you mean with sub-directory? Also, the preference in software differs from member to member. But I can tell you this, s2Member is much cheaper and much more powerful (it does lacks in some stuff though). – Eduan |

Hello Laurie, You mean that when you made a post, if the user had access to it a copy would be sent to him? s2Member does not implement this functionality. This is either WordPress’ functionality or that of another plugin that you have/had installed. – Eduan |

Hello Angel True, I’m afraid s2Member can’t help in this regard. s2Member does not currently have any means to do this automatically I’m afraid. It may be possible if you set up some scripts to do the cross-domain info management, but I can’t say for sure myself. – Eduan |

Hello Lisa, s2Member can’t control this I’m afraid. In any case you would have to do that from the form you use, because the form is the one that gives WordPress the info. :) – Eduan |

Hello James, I’m afraid this is not possible with the pro version. You would have to add this functionality yourself I’m afraid. – Eduan |

Hello Brent, Could you possibly share a screenshot of the error? Or maybe just a copy&paste? Could you describe the steps for us to reproduce this, so that we may try? Thanks! Also, last thing, could you please share the exact WordPress and s2Member version numbers? Thanks! – Eduan |

Hello Niko, How did you create this redirection? Perhaps that page is protected somehow and so s2Member redirects to the membership options page before the redirection to the login page happens. – Eduan |

Hello Simon, Do you have access to this section in your dashboard: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› s2Member® Pro Info If you do have access to that then it means you do have s2Member pro installed. If you don’t then it means s2Member is not installed correctly for whatever reason. – Eduan |

Hello Jason,
What you’re looking is like a dropdown sort of feature? Where the user would use 1 pro-form for all the different levels? In addition to one pro-form for each level of course.
s2Member offers modification pro-forms/buttons and cancellation pro-forms/buttons. Is this what you’re looking for? Or were you looking for a more advanced UI for all the payments the user has made etc.?
What’s wrong about them? Do they look wrong? Is there anything abnormal about them? If what you require is a more special or better looking pro-form then you will need to code it yourself or hire someone I’m afraid. As it stands, they’re just basic forms that present the fields in a simple manner. – Eduan |

Hello Niko, I’m afraid nothing has been changed in this regard AFAIK. I’m pretty sure the user has always been redirected to the membership options page if he tried to access content that he/she doesn’t have access to. – Eduan |

It is as Boudewijn said. s2Member pro is only an addon. It will only add settings, it won’t be separate from the free version of s2Member. :) |

Hello Bhati, Have you looked into s2Member’s download restrictions settings? You can find them under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Download Options. With them you should be able to put a little clip of the original file (this would be unprotected) and then if the user wants to he can pay in order to download the file. – Eduan |

Hello Steve, So, your profile page (in which you’re using the shortcode) is redirecting to the login welcome page or the membership options. Correct? If so, what is your profile page? What is the URL of that page? What is the setting under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Member Profile Modifications? – Eduan |
