Hello Stuart,

I’m afraid currently s2Member has no real way of listing what the user has access to. The only easy way for the user to know (pretty sure it’s not obvious though) is for the user to look at his role. That is if you are using levels, otherwise they would have to check their emails.

Perhaps you can do a little bit of voodoo with the code in order to output what the user has access to. :)

I imagine you’re going to accomplish this using custom capabilities correct?

I’m moving this to the pre-sale questions forum since you are asking a question regarding the blog farm feature before acquiring the pro version. :)

Hmm… Well I’m not sure what the problem may be. Honestly I’m quite new to Quick Cache since I don’t use caching plugins.

I asked Jason for his opinion, maybe he has a solution. :)

Meanwhile, did you try these common trouble shooting tips: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

Most of them apply to any situation, not only if you’re using s2Member. :)

It still doesn’t make sense, what does “multi-options” mean? You mean the dropdown fields?

Also, your account is pro, it’s just beside your avatar. :)

Hello Randy,

You can use the WP Redirects plugin Jason linked you to. Here it is again:

Hello Maria,

Currently s2Member isn’t integrated with this player.

As for getting a developer. You can probably get one at jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com. :)

Hmm… Could you make sure that you have absolutely NO restrictions set up?

Also, I moved your topic to the customer support forum. Otherwise you would not get help from the support department. :)

Hello Jon,

I’m not sure what the problem is…

Is an option that should be there, not there? What option are you expecting?

Hello Damian,

The admin user isn’t any level. :)
Instead he has the role of “admin” or “administrator” I believe.

However, if you want to show content specific for an admin then you should simply create a page specifically for an admin. The admin will be able to see any content unless your content is separated so that only specific roles can see it.

Hello Jon,

If the pro-form is asking for username and password it means it’s a normal pro-form.

If the user already exists when he sees that pro-form then it should be a modification pro-form. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Billing Modification Forms.

Hope this helps. :)

Hello Ian,

What do you mean with a field with multiple selections?

Also, your account doesn’t seem to show you have the pro version, how did you acquire the pro version?

Hello Nina,

Well I’m afraid this is more than what s2Member can handle. s2Member is pretty straight forward with it’s buttons.

You just generate a button that will give the user some access for a certain amount of money (subscription or a buy-now deal).

If you want to add extra steps to this, like asking the user questions and such I’m afraid you will need to custom code this.

However, I repeat, if you’re not offering content in return s2Member really isn’t useful in this case. It would be easier to go and use PayPal generated buttons.

Thanks for that Suzan. :)

I’m gonna ask Jason about this to make sure it’s not caused by s2Member.

Did you try the troubleshooting tips?

Hello Roger,

So if I understood correctly, you lost your settings after upgrading s2Member? If yes, could you please make extra sure that deactivation safeguards are enabled under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards.

If they weren’t, that would explain why you lost your settings. :)

Hello Antoine,

I’m afraid I can’t provide any help. However it would be useful to know that WordPress uses solely Gravatar for it’s avatars.

So you don’t need any extra plugins to change the avatar, as long as the user uses Gravatar. :)

Hello Vital Vintage,

Could you please give us references to what you have already tried? We may be able to help you on using those hacks/solutions.

Also, what is the name of your WooCommerce role name? I mean the code name, not the pretty name. So for example, instead of “s2Member Level #1”, the code name would be “s2member-level1”, as an example, not sure if accurate. :)

Hello carolm,

I’m not sure of what the problem is. Is Quick Cache working for you or not? To what green text are you referring?

Pretty sure Quick Cache doesn’t output anything to the user, only to the admin.

Hello James,

I visited your registration page and that doesn’t seem to be the case. There were no abnormalities with it. It only showed one copy of the first name and last name.

I’m afraid I can’t offer any suggestions for custom integrations. :/

However I can suggest you go over to jobs.wordpress.net or elance.com or freelancer.com in order to hire a freelancer to implement it for you. :)
