Hello Doug, I believe that password strength indicator is added by WordPress, I think. In what form do you want to remove it? And no, it is not possible to make the username an email unless you modify WordPress to work this way, and of course s2Member to know things are going to work that way. :) – Eduan |

Hello Aaron, I believe that info is stored in PayPal I’m afraid. s2Member doesn’t store any info regarding EOT when it comes to subscriptions I believe. – Eduan |

Hello Angie, You can find the login page of your website under yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php, it would of course change depending on your domain name however. :) And I’m not sure if this page changes if it’s multisite. – Eduan |

Hello Chris, There are 2 ways to do this. 1 is using pro-forms, another is using buttons. If you use buttons you can make it a nice experience where the user will be able to choose all his options and the click the button and the button would be dynamically generated for his selected options and he will pay etc. This method would require a bit of coding, and it would be using buttons. If you prefer using pro-forms then it’s simpler, you just need to make a page where the user will click a link, that link will point to another page which will contain the pro-form he would use for his preferred method. If you prefer the first method then this hack by me will give you a good clue of how to achieve it: http://eduantech.com/2012/09/donation-button-that-gives-access/ If you prefer the second method then it’s pretty straight forward. ;) – Eduan |

@James And regarding the profile shortcode, I’m afraid there is no way to achieve this. If your members want to change their profile image your users need to change their avatar over at gravatar.com. @Kevin – Eduan |

Hello Maryr, Next time post this in the customer support forums if you’re expecting an answer, otherwise you’ll have to depend on users that have free time on their hands (like me). ;) And, if what you mean is having the menu entires be hidden unless the member can access them, I believe you can achieve this with the settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Alternative View Protection. – Eduan |

I believe it is intentional, I’m not sure. However it would make sense if it was. s2Member has no possible way of knowing that the user was a member previously, and thus know that it can safely give the access back, at least not currently. It’s the only way I could explain it. And yes, if you input the user’s EOT and everything correctly, it should work. – Eduan |

Hello Bree, I’m afraid this is not possible with s2Member. You would need to code this in yourself or hire a developer to do this for you. You can find freelancers at websites like elance.com, freelancer.com etc. – Eduan |

Hello Vincent, If you are using PHP code (or any kind of code) in your posts, once you insert it you should NOT go back to visual mode, if you do the code will be broken by WordPress, without question. – Eduan |

Hello James, I can see why youo would use this process. However the only way to do it is by using duplicate pages like you proposed. Really it would be much more effective if you make your users require registration before buying access to something. You would of course use custom capabilities (ccaps for short) in order for each page/post to be individual from each other. My two cents, drop this idea and instead make it require only membership, it doesn’t make sense to offer both, unless the content were different. – Eduan |

Hello Andrew, I’m afraid this is not possible using s2Member’s level features. However it is possible using custom capabilities (ccaps for short) with a little fidgeting around. :) You can find out more about custom capabilities under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Custom Capabilities and in this video: Video » s2Member (Custom Capabilities) – Eduan |

Hello Hugh, If what you want is for users to register first, and then (and only then) be able to pay you. Then you can’t do it just like that with s2Member, although there is a simple workaround. The work around you would use is the one Elizabeth is suggesting. Have the users register for free at level 0 and then offer them a buy now button, using s2Member conditionals. – Eduan |

Hello Pete, This is not possible. Unless you have the member register for free first and then upgrade to be a paid member, if you know what I mean. – Eduan |
