Right, there’s a bbPress integration possible. You found the video already, the documentation is here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Other Integrations -› bbPress®[/hilite] What do you mean by transfering the user’s WordPress profile to bbPress? The profile is not shown by bbPress as it happens with BuddyPress. |

Hi Moty.
Yes, you can sell custom capabilities for those. Please watch this video: Video » s2Member (Custom Capabilities) About the links to the pages the user has, you’d need to customize that yourself. You could use conditionals to check if the user has access to each of the pages, and show a link only when he does. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Simple/Shortcode Conditionals[/hilite]
In s2Member Pro there are the Pro Login Widget via PHP, and the s2Member Pro Forms for registrations. What do you mean by profile management page? A custom one other than the deafult WP one? s2Member has one in the free version. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Member Profile Modifications[/hilite] I hope that helps. :) |

Sorry, that’s not possible with s2Member without customizing it. If you really need this feature, you can probably hire a freelance coder to do this for you. You can look for one in sites like jobs.wordpress.net, odesk.com or elance.com. I hope that helps. :) |

Hi Joseph. Could you please show me the shortcode for the buy-now button? And do you have the log entries for one of the transactions with that problem? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite] By the way, was the user logged in to his account when loading the page with the buy-now button? He needs to be for the account to be upgraded, otherwise s2Member will consider the payment being towards a new registration. |

Hi there. Do you have logging enabled? What do the logs say for those transactions? You can test with live, 1 cent transactions if you are enabling logging now and need to generate log entries for this. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite] Could you also read this article and try the suggestions there? Hi John. I’m afraid that a subscription’s amount can’t be edited. What you could do instead, is have the user pay each month through the pro-form that you update based on his service use the last month. This would require him to enter his payment details each time, because s2Member doesn’t store the payment info, though. I hope that helps. |

Hi Chase. I can’t give you his email address, but I can open the thread so you post a reply there… Done. When you post there, if he’s still subscribed to the thread, he’ll get a notification. I hope that helps. :) |

Hi Chris. Those variables aren’t used by s2Member at all, so that code wouldn’t get executed. They are there for the site owner to use if he wants to. You can read about them here: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Membership Options Page Variables (MOP Vars)[/hilite] I hope that helps. :) |

Where would the coming content be for the drip to get updated? Would you be adding it daily? If so, you can edit the drip itself. Or will you schedule it? |

Thanks for the update, Todd! I’m glad you found the source of your problem, that’s a great step to solve it. I hope the theme guys help you sort it out soon. Bruno, got it: you set it up right first, but not after when trying to fix the problem. I’m sorry I didn’t catch it sooner, but I’m glad we could solve it. Yeah, like I said, I’ll try to improve the videos, or make new ones. |

Thanks, got your new email and could login this time. What I could find was that your shortcodes for the buttons in the Join page, all had the [hilite mono]custom[/hilite] attribute wrong, because the domain name has the [hilite mono]www[/hilite], but your site doesn’t use it. This will cause problems with the checkout and registration. Knowledge Base » Don't mix www and without Please fix those, do a test purchase and see if it solved the problem, please. :) By the way, the Members link in the navigation also has [hilite mono]www[/hilite]. |

For the login widget, copying the file you edit to the must-use plugins directory would prevent having it overwritten on update. http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=6492#p58763 I hope that helps. :) |

Thanks for the update. Glad you solved the caching problem. :)
QuickCache also works very well. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-cache/
Yes, there may. The demotion will happen after the time paid for is used completely. If the user is paying monthly and mid-month he cancels the subscription, he still has the other half month paid for, and will have access until that runs out. Hi Lee. Do you have the log entries for those users? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ccBill® Options -› Account Details -› Logging[/hilite] Also, could it be that they weren’t logged in when they paid? They have to be logged in for the existing account to be upgraded instead of the payment going towards a new account. |

Gray, I got your email. Tried logging in to the WP admin area, but I get the an error about the password being wrong. I’m replying to your email so you can reply back with the right password. Thanks! By the way, from the log entries you posted above, I noticed that your domain name sometimes has the www and other not. You should fix that. Knowledge Base » Don't mix www and without |

Hi Sebastian.
When taken to the Membership Options Page, could you copy the URL in the browser’s address bar and paste it here? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Membership Options Page Variables (MOP Vars)[/hilite] I’d like to take a look at the variables to see what restriction is being applied. I’m guessing it’s the URI Restriction, could you check? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› URI Access Restrictions[/hilite] |

I’m not sure that removing s2Member and reinstalling it would fix the problem… What I’d try, instead, is creating a separate WordPress installation for testing, adding s2Member, configuring the PayPal integration with it, and running a live 1 cent transaction trying to reproduce the error you get in your live site. This article may help: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips I’ll wait for Jason’s comments on what he found looking into the error you’re getting. |

Thanks for the update! I’m very glad that solved it for you too. :) I’ll see what can be done about the video. The troubleshooting article does suggest checking the Basic Downloads Restriction configuration, though. Knowledge Base » JW Player sample code not working I believe the ACL doesn’t need to give read permissions, since s2Member creates a link with a key to access the file. You could do a quick test for this and see how it goes. I don’t know if the sample code works just as well with JW Player 6, but you’re free to use your own code, or whatever they provide. You may also want to check if Philly’s video shortcode works with that version. http://phillymax.com/web/s2member-video-shortcode/ |

For a test purchase I’ll need a test card from ClickBank. Could you send that and the login info too? I’d like to take a look at your settings and logs. s2Member® » Private Contact Form Thanks. :) |
