No, s2Member doesn’t sell quantities of each access. You don’t get 2 of ccap1 and 3 of ccap2, for example, it’s just ccap1 and ccap2. Well, in that example there are 2 ccaps, is that what you mean though? How many different ccaps? If so, no, you’ll have to work with item_number and use some code to figure it out, I guess. Or add that value to the custom attribute as a custom value. If you know you’re selling 2 ccaps with that, then in the custom attribute you could do [hilite code]custom="yoursite.com|2"[/hilite], and then use it with the replacement code [hilite mono]%%cv1%%[/hilite]. Hi Russ. Sorry about the other post, I don’t visit the community forum so I had not noticed it. About your code, what you wrote should work, not sure why it didn’t. [hilite pre_code]Show only during first month. [/hilite] Was the test account you tried it with, older than 30 days? What do you get if you echo the constant? [hilite pre_code][/hilite] |

Hi Lucy. Edit the custom profile field for the checkbox, and look for the setting named “Allow Profile Edits”, pick the value that works best for you and save. I hope that helps. :) |

Sure, content is not public by default. If you don’t add an s2Member restriction, then it’ll remain unrestricted.
When listing the posts in the archives? s2Member doesn’t add an image, but you could probably do it editing the archive’s template. You could check if the post is protected and add the padlock image when it is. |

Hi Kimberly. s2Member doesn’t save the amount. Do you have only one price for each level? If so you can use a conditional that based on the level will show the price you already know you’re selling it for. I tried the PayPal button, but changing the amount to 1 cent for the test, checked out and got the Signup Confirmation email from s2Member with the special registration link. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Signup Confirmation Email[/hilite] I did have to get the email out of the spam folder, though. Maybe you are getting it, but didn’t see it in the Inbox because of that. To improve inbox deliverability, try writing a new email template unique to your site, instead of using the default one. Ah, and make sure when you test, to be logged out before loading the page with the button. And when you pay, don’t use the same PayPal account that you’ll be receiving the payment with. By the way, I see you linking to your site without the www, but your site does use the www. You should be consistent with that. See: Knowledge Base » Don't Mix www, — and Without! |

I don’t really know why the PHP conditionals would not work if you’re using a PHP execution plugin and the text tab of the editor (don’t use the visual one, it’ll break the code). Could you try the tips in this article? Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips |

Hi Tammy. I also think they are considered services. I’ve never heard anything related to funds being held in the past years working with s2Member. I’ll confirm with Jason anyway and let you know when I hear back from him. |

Sorry, you’re right, I misread.
It’s affecting the s2Member setting, but it’s not s2Member’s doing. I really don’t know what’s causing it. And it’s not a setting in a file that you can protect so it’s not writable, it’s in the database. I’d find the setting in the database and ask the webhost if there’s any way for them to monitor what changes that value. There has to be a script doing it, and there must be some kind of way to log that, I guess. Try asking them how they can help you with that. |

Hi Sean. I’m guessing there’s a setting in Excel to leave the values quoted, but I’m not familiar with it to know where. I use OpenOffice’s Calc and don’t have that problem with the quotes, you could try using this instead. |

Hmm… I didn’t go there in the morning, only about 3.5 hours ago, more or less. But it really is an odd behavior, to change those field values like that. Hopefully the cache file was the source of the problem and you won’t have this happen again. Hopefully because I have no idea what else can be the reason. :) |

Hi Tyron. No, the current tax calculation for pro-forms doesn’t take into account the level sold. It just applies to all transactions. I’ll ask Jason if there’s a way to do this. Will let you know when I hear back from him. |

Hi Jeremy. I think it’s possible, but you’ll need a plugin for listings like that. s2Member doesn’t provide post editing capabilities, nor manage access to the admin areas like the post editor. |

Hi Andy.
s2Member doesn’t have a uses counter for access. You could probably create a customization that counts each use, though, and removes access when it reaches a set limit.
It sounds like MyBB is not being served by WordPress and is a separate script, right? In that case you’ll need to bridge them, so they share or sync the userbase. There may be a bridge already available, google it. Synching the upgrades/demotions will also need to be part of the bridge you implement. |

Thanks Steve. Got the email. I looked at your s2Member configuration and see that you didn’t complete the PayPal integration, it’s mostly empty. Please go over each panel in this page: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options[/hilite] I saw you seem to have completed the ClickBank integration (at least on s2Member’s side). But the button in the salespage is a PayPal one. If you want to sell through CB, you’ll need to use the CB button. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Buttons[/hilite] I hoipe that helps. :) |

The thing is that if you’re giving a trial, it is a subscription, even if it doesn’t recur. Only subscriptions have trial terms, buy-nows don’t.
Not giving a trial term. Or using Express Checkout, but the user will be required to have a PayPal account because it’s a subscription.
No problem. :) |

That’s fine. We appreciate the feedback. :)
I’d need to study the theme to tell where it’d go. You could review the files in it to find the part the outputs that top navigation. Or ask the child theme’s developer, he should know. Show him the documentation for the login widget’s code and the example use in the article you linked to.
I don’t think it’s a majority, but it’s true that some do. The PayFlow thing causes trouble due to the naming problem introduced by PayPal. They have PayFlow Pro, but that’s not what s2Member Pro integrates with, it integrates with PayPal Pro, which has a PayFlow (API) Edition. Knowledge Base » PayPal® Pro (PayFlow Edition) |
