This solution will solve the problem for future customers. If you offer specific post/page access you might want to look under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Specific Post/Page Access Links to generate links for certain pages. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello cassel, thanks for your inquiry. If the link didn’t really expire, because the time limit you gave the link hasn’t passed, and yet it gives this error. Then you might want to take a look under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› URL Shortening Service and change the options so that it uses Google’s link shortening device, I have seen this error when bit.ly shortening device doesn’t work properly. Hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for the follow-up. No, with the method I gave you above you would give them access to the samples for free. If you want for them to pay before accessing the samples, then you can generate a button to give them access to that specific sample page, you can generate it under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Specific Post/Page (Buy Now) Buttons, if you want to use pro-forms you would use Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Specific Post/Page (Buy Now) Forms Hope this helps. :) Again, the video I gave you above has instructions on how to do this correctly. ;) |

Hello Josef, thanks for your inquiry. s2Member conditionals only work within WordPress, also, if you’re using PHP conditionals on a post or page, you might want to install a plugin like Exec-PHP in order to not have errors. Does this help? |

Hello Andrew, thanks for your inquiry.
This is currently not completely possible with s2Member, you would require to code this… That said, it is possible to do it, and you might be interested in a couple of threads on this:
s2Member already sends users a little reminder when they upgrade or downgrade their account, or when any change is made to their account. In respect to sending yourselves a notification, you might be interested in seeing the options under Dashboard -› s2Member® -> API / Notifications, Jason (lead developer) also made a video on the subject: Hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for the follow-up. This may be because there are two types of caches; server-side cache and client-side cache. The client-side cache is what your browser stores in your computer in order to not have to download the page again. And the server-side cache is a cache the server generates when it loads a page, so the server-side cache is an already generated page. When the server loads the page for the first time, it has to read all the code, generate it, output it, and then your browser downloads it from the internet. The server-side cache is a page, already generated and ready to download that your server creates. You probably don’t notice a difference because, you get the page with your browser, create a cache in your client-side and server-side, when you enter that page again, the difference isn’t much, because the cache is in your computer, if you clear your client-side cache, and you try to load your page again, that’s where server-side cache kicks in. Now, if your internet and server are fast, the difference will probably be minimal. I recommend you leave Quick Cache installed, and see over a span of time, if you or your clients notice a difference. Hope this helps and clears some things up. :) |

Hello Andrew, thanks for your inquiry. If I understood correctly, you mean that the button or pro-form only comes out in a certain date? Before that it’s not accessible? So you can control in which dates certain products are available for example? Please correct me if I’m wrong. :) |

Hello Holger, thanks for your inquiry.
Excellent!
Actually, there is still a need; since you’re trying to execute PHP in a page or post, in which your page is gonna be. |

Thanks for the follow-up. I believe this is because the page is being cached. The difference will be noticed when you try to access that page again, as long as there are no changes the loading time should be much faster. If it doesn’t work for you, I’m not sure what I can recommend :/ … |

Hello Duncan, thanks for your inquiry. Have you tried using Quick Cache in order to speed up your website? Quick Cache was coded and created by Jason Caldwell (lead developer), so it’s fully compatible with s2Member and its optimized to work with s2Member. Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Andrew, thanks for your inquiry. If I remember correctly, s2Member is gonna support Pitch-plus for ClickBank in the next major release for s2Member, I am not currently aware of an ETA for the next major release. That said, you could probably work around that with the instructions from this post in the old forum system: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Mercilee, thanks for your inquiry. I believe I know the reason for this, I have seen this before. Could you please go under WP Admin -> Settings -> General, and in the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) please put the URL to your website. I’ve seen this when those fields have an incorrect URL, mainly because they didn’t use an exact URL. In the case I’ve had, they had upper-case caps when the URL to your website doesn’t. So make sure that it’s http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com/ instead of http://www.YourWebsiteURL.com. Tell me if this fixes it, and I hope this helps. :) |

Thanks for the follow-up. I believe the s2Member logo is to show you are using s2Member, not sure if Jason thought of self-promotion when he did this… It’s probably a place-holder while you put your own logo. Yes, this is possible to change, simply go under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Login Registration Design, you will see the option to change it, you can also customize other aspects of the login/registration page here. Hope this helps. :) |
