Stan, you can put questions in the pre-sale questions forum, at the bottom. It’s the best place if you want to receive support about your account (if you don’t have access to your paid account that is). Please allow up to 24 hours for an answer, see s2Member® » Support Policy. – Eduan |

Hello Brad, yes you are supposed to your content where that comment is, all your protected content should be there. :) That way even if they have access s2Member will restrict them. :) Hope this helps. :) |

On the login welcome page you only need to put a welcome message, like:
The login page will be located under: And the register page will be located under: This cannot be changed without s2Member, without s2Member these pages cannot be changed or modified (you can only modify the look). Hope this helps. :) |

OK so the problem is that it has content, but it is only visible if you look at it through the admin page, correct? I should clear up, the Login Welcome Page which is introduced by s2Member, is only the page to which members go after they login, it is not the login page, so if you don’t fill it with content you will not see anything. The login page for the free version of s2Member can only be WordPress’ default login page, which you can find here: And the register page would be: Hope this helps. :) |

Hello James, As long as you have deactivation safeguards (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards) enabled you shouldn’t have any problem about lossing settings. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Hello there, I’m afraid that for this you will have to contact your server provider I’m afraid. Or you can try and do it yourself if you have access to the PHP installation: http://www.php.net/manual/en/mcrypt.setup.php – Eduan |

Hello Ian, Could you please show a screenshot of your problem? If you mean that none of the options appear now then it means that the theme that you’re using or any of the plugins you have is conflicting with s2Member. To test the theme simply change back to the default WordPress theme (TwentyEleven). To test if it’s the plugins then simply disable all your plugins except s2member, and see if the problem goes away. If the problem does go away then simply enable them one-by-one until the problem appears again, the last plugin you enabled is your culprit. ;) Hope this helps. :) |

Hello Emilio, This still isn’t a feature (I answered this post 5 days ago, lol). If your client really needs this functionality then he can implement it, pay a freelancer to do it, or integrate an uploading plugin with s2Member. Hope this answers your question. :) |

Hello Nathan, You would simply configure under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Registration/Profile Fields -› Allow Custom Passwords during Registration?, set it to no, and that should be it. ;) Hope this helps. :) |

Check this PHP documentation: Search for “Timezone”, and then read the documentation there, haven’t really messed with this, so not sure exactly how it would work, regarding timezones. :/ – Eduan |
