Thanks for the follow-up :-)If you can answer the following question and explain what you thought was going to happen, I would appreciate it; and would certainly consider a refund if I can understand what you actually were thinking beforehand. What was your intention when you were considering importation? How did you think this was going to work? Did you inspect screenshots of the import panel before purchasing?
Note: importing Users/Members from any system, to any system; would require correct formatting; regardless of which software you choose. What system have you chosen that does this without requiring you to import a file with a certain structure? Thanks for feedback~!

Well if the plugin is fully removed from your installation, I don’t see how these issues could be attributed to s2Member®. If your question is, “does s2Member® leave anything behind”, the answer is as follows. If you left Deactivation Safeguards on before deactivating and deleting the plugin; yes. Please re-install s2Member and turn off Deactivation Safeguards. Then deactivate it again and delete it again. If you turn those off before deactivating the plugin; everything related to s2Member® will be removed upon deactivation. If s2Member is deactivated, there is no chance for it to affect PayPal sales in any way; because all of it’s code is excluded from your installation. Please let us know if problems persist :-) |

Regarding error #103. Please see this article.

The MD5 Hash is used to verify the integrity of data received from the Authorize.Net Silent Post/IPN system. It is required for s2Member® integration. If you’ve never used this before; generating an MD5 Hash specifically for s2Member® should have no impact on other applications you might use; because it means those other applications are not currently connecting to this service against your account anyway. |

Reference: http://www.s2member.com/terms/#s2-terms-refund-policy We will only consider a refund for digital goods (within the first 30 days), and only if the product failed to perform as advertised on our website. A change in business plans does not warrant a refund against a digital non-tangible item that you’ve already gained access to. I’m sorry. Possible solution for you.If you have access to the database from the old site, you might consider a MySQL approach directly, instead of working with import files. If your developer can import data via MySQL queries (very common); you can bypass any limitations in the s2Member software or WordPress® itself; and go straight to the database with your data. |

Thanks for your inquiry. ~ We appreciate your patience :-)Those variables in the URL are known as MOP Vars. Based on your MOP Vars, it appears that Page ID #33 is considered Systematic by s2Member®. That is, this Page (ID #33) is defined as your Login Welcome Page, but the current User was not logged in to view it. However, you’ve said they actually were. So it sounds there could be problem during the login event itself. Can you please confirm that you’ve read this KB article for me? |

Thanks for the follow-up :-)OK. Well the short answer is that s2Member® does not have a Shortcode or anything that will produce a list of past purchases. However, because s2Member® tracks these details for existing Users/Members; you can still gain access to this information. Here is a quick plugin that will do the job. This makes it possible to insert this Shortcode which will produce a list of past purchases; with links to URLs they purchased; based on Post or Page title. Pop this into a Post or Page in WordPress®.
Now, please create this directory and file:

Thanks for your reply :-)So in this Pro Form, you are redirecting to a Custom Return URL on Success. This means the API Tracking Codes will be displayed at the bottom of your /congratulations/ Page. One thing to verify is that your WordPress® theme calls the wp_footer Hook. This is a WordPress® standard and all themes should make this action Hook display things like tracking codes, etc, in the footer of your theme. That’s what s2Member® uses as well. It actually sounds like you might be linking to ClickBank without the s2Member Shortcode? Of course you could just as easily assemble a comma-delimited list of IDs to protect and input that data in the Dashboard. Cancelling an account will simply establish an EOT Time; recorded by s2Member®. You can verify this by checking the customer’s account record in WordPress®; and inspecting the EOT Time field. Thanks for the follow-up :-)Thanks for posting your Shortcodes. I also took a look at your installation to review your log files. Your Shortcodes confirm what your log files indicate.
This (and both of your Shortcodes) are utilizing PayPal “Subscriptions” and not “Buy Now” functionality. That’s fine, and you will need to stick with that; because you are offering an Initial/Trial Period. However, this means that your EOT Time field is not set on the s2Member® side of things initially (it’s not necessary). The EOT Time is established and maintained by PayPal in the case of a Subscription. When the Subscription expires or is cancelled, refunded, etc; PayPal will notify s2Member and an EOT Time will be established then, which reflects the Payment Gateway state of things. The EOT Time in s2Member is only setup initially (i.e. during a transaction); when there fixed-term access being sold through Buy Now functionality (e.g. when s2Member® has exclusive control over EOT Times). In all other cases, the EOT Time field is simply there for you to use manually —if you prefer; and for s2Member® to fill in once a Payment Gateway sends IPN data that warrants this. With your current usage, you will find IPN log entries recorded by s2Member® eventually; which will setup EOT Times as a result of IPN data being processed by s2Member® (i.e. a Subscription ends or is cancelled; etc). Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns :-) |

Details received. Thank you!I just investigated your installation. It appears that you followed the instructions here on moving your WP installation to a sub-directory. See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
However, in the process of doing this, you moved the index.php file instead of copying it.

Looks good. Thanks for the follow-up. Just be careful with this line:
You don’t want to process IPNs for just any site that might post them. s2Member has some redundant checks to prevent this; but it’s still a good idea to limit this further by asking for a specific value (or a specific set of different values) that your IPN handler will accept. So translating this number (7648) into your domain is one thing, but translating anything that is not your domain, into your domain; could create a security issue for you that you would not expect. |

If you are being redirected, it’s because you’re not actually a true Administrator of the site. Every true Administrator has the ability to edit_posts and install_plugins in WordPress® (among other things). If you don’t have the ability to edit_posts; s2Member will redirect you. Thanks for the heads up on this thread :-)That looks like it’s inside a Pro Form. Perhaps CSS styles in your WordPress® theme are overriding s2Member’s default structural styling. Please post a link to this registration form where we can inspect your CSS. Perhaps we can offer a suggestion or snippet that you can use to correct this. |
