Thank you for reporting this important issue. It takes a few minutes for the different releases to update on the site. I just checked and it appears to be updated correctly now. |

Actually you’re referring to the Free Registration Pro Forms aren’t you? You can change that by changing the desc attribute of your Shortcode. See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) |

The only reason I could see this happening is if you were using the s2Member Security Badges and something went wrong with the connection. The s2Member shouldn’t need to connect back to s2Member.com past that. That being said let us know if the problem comes back. |

Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Modification Buttons I’m unsure what you mean about a way to direct site visitors. Are you looking for a way to tell Users that are logged in to use a specific Button/Form? You can do that with Shortcode Conditionals. |

Thank you for reporting this important issue. Can you check to make sure that s2Member is registering that you have s2Member Pro installed in the Plugins list? Where the version number is, there should be a bold + s2Member Pro v130510. If you don’t see that you’ll need to reinstall s2Member Pro. |

s2Member should automatically change the validator ZIP Code field for Billing Address. Or are you talking about the Custom Registration/Profile Field version of this validation pattern? |

W3TotalCache’s Object Caching is known to cause issues with s2Member’s IPN handler. We recommend switching to Quick Cache, as we know that it works correctly with s2Member because we wrote it. :) See: Knowledge Base » Plugins/Themes (Compatibility w/ s2Member®) |

This is correct. If you do not want anybody to be redirected from the page, you should not restrict the page at all. |

Yes s2Member’s Network Support License can handle that. You can find pricing info on this here: To give you an idea of how you’d set this up, here’s a screenshot of that part of the Dashboard:
You can expand the image to see it better with the button at the top right of the image when you click it.

Thank you for your inquiry.I’d say the easiest way to accomplish this would be to just use some CSS to enlarge the size of the image. Alternatively if you’re really wanting to really make sure that this is done right on the backend, you could create a copy of this file in a Must-Use plugin, and change the size there:

Thanks for the follow-up.That Shortcode looks to be correct. There was a bug fix for this in the latest release of s2Member. |

As I mentioned earlier s2Member is meant for eCommerce transactions, and doesn’t have all of this built-in. Whatever system you put into place will have to address the shipping charges. To get a shipping field started, the first thing you’ll want to take a look at is the no-shipping (ns) attribute for Pro Forms. See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) |

No unfortunately this isn’t possible with payment buttons. If you’d like to use PayPal Pro Forms/Authorize.Net Pro Forms you can achieve this. Otherwise s2Member isn’t capable of this. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Thanks for your patience. I took a look at your logs and it’s only showing a few tests. I see that the tests that have been done were done while logged in with an administrator account, so we’re just getting errors about the fact that s2Member cannot change an Administrator account. Would you mind doing a test transaction without causing this error so we can take a better look? |

Thank you for reporting this important issue.Very sorry for overlooking your previous ticket. We receive a lot of Private Messages and we generally look for a reply on threads saying that they submitted the form rather than looking at the thread tied to the message. We can continue the issue here. I took at your registration page and s2Member is in fact generating the Username field here. Something on your site is causing it not to show up. Can you please try the first 2 steps here, please? |

Thank you for your inquiry. The only way I can see you accomplishing this is using an external MailChimp integration (or have a developer use s2Member’s MailChimp integration outside of the regular processes), and have them fire on the first time a User logs in. You can accomplish this by using One-Time Offers. See: Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› One-Time Offers (Upon Login) Note that this will require quite a bit of custom code. I would not recommend you doing this. |
