It looks like you read this already, but just in case: Knowledge Base » Debugging the AWeber integration. Do you have another webhost account that you can test this with? If that’s the source of your problem with AWeber, and BlueHost doesn’t help solve it, then you may need to migrate to another webhost. Did you ask AWeber about your issue? What did they tell you? Did they confirm you have a problem with the RDNS? |

s2Member doesn’t provide this functionality and I haven’t tried doing that yet, so I don’t know what you’d need. What I’d do first is search for a plugin that gives this functionality, then review if it adds a capability or role, and try customizing s2Member’s level role the user has based on that. You could have a custom profile field to accept the terms and require it, but that won’t change the form from paid to free, though, if that’s what you want (I’m not completely sure I understood that part). You can also customize a pro-form, including having your own fields even if not created with s2Member. http://www.s2member.com/kb/pro-forms/#custom-data-w-pro-forms And you can create a hack with your own server-side validation for fields. http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/registering-without-required-fields/#post-10707 I hope those help in some way. |

I was just checking to make sure, I know you’ve been trying all you could think of. The thing is that if the log says it was sent, then s2Member did what it could to send it, using the WP function that sends the emails, and no errors happened. If the email didn’t get sent, though, then there’s something with the server, I guess. But it’s also likely that it did go and it ended up trapped in a spam filter. One thing I recommend to do in order to avoid this, is writing your own custom Signup Confirmation Email template, unique to your site, so it’s not the same as the one from hundreds of other sites. You can also link without the query variables in the URL, like this: http://infectionconnection.net/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/samplefile.pdf That may be helpful for some media players that don’t like variables in the URL. There’s nothing new in this regard. If you have to integrate with a new payment gateway, you can try creating the customization yourself (or someone working for you). You may be able to use the PayPal IPN with a proxy key, or use the integrations in s2Member Pro as a guide for yours. I think I understood what you want, but you’ll need a little bit of custom code to get it. This function will help: http://www.s2member.com/codex/stable/s2member/api_functions/package-functions/#src_doc_get_user_field%28%29 If that’s not enough, you may want to check the WordPress codex for another function you can use to get more info on the user. If you need help writing this customization, you could post a job on a freelancers site to get some help form one. E.g.: jobs.wordpress, elance.com, odesk.com. |

Leave logging enabled and monitor the entries daily for errors. By the way, I just realized that you haven’t told me yet if you tried the tests in this article: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips I see several plugins installed, many of them security related, one of them caching, that may in some way affect this functionality. You’re right. I just tried the custom template and the changes I made to that tag weren’t reflected on the form, for some reason. I’ll ask Jason about it.
