I see, still this is a feature request for the next generation of s2Member. Hope you can figure it out with Drupal. Or with s2Member if you decide to code it. :) – Eduan |

I don’t have any problems with this. Could you try going to this URL: It should let you edit your email, it lets me do it… – Eduan |

Hello Dave, I’m very sorry for the delay. Bruce has not been available for 5 days and Jason hasn’t been online except small amounts of time (for certain topics only). So it’s all left to me and Cristian, and I took a 2 day break as well (unaware of the situation). (-_-‘ ) At this point I’m confused… Users pay for 1 year access, when they get demoted they go back to level 0 (normal). The problem you’re having is the free registration pro-forms not being pre-filled (even though the user is already level 0). Is this correct or did I misunderstand? I’m sorry that you need to repeat, but I need to make sure. ;| – Eduan |

Hello Oriol, I’m afraid this is not currently possible with s2Member, you would need to modify the pro-forms in order to achieve this. And probably s2Member as well. :/ However if you use buttons instead of pro-forms this is very possible. You would just implement something similar to this hack of mine: http://eduantech.com/2012/09/donation-button-that-gives-access/ – Eduan |

Ah I see. I suppose you used PHP or shortcode conditionals to check if the user has the access correct? |

I’m afraid I can’t provide any help either. :/ It will be easier to just hide the password field using CSS. However using that method, if the user is tech savvy then he can easily change that CSS (client-side) in order to show it again. – Eduan |

Hello Amanda, I’m afraid you can’t do trials with level 0 yet I believe. :/ You could probably achieve this if level 1 becomes the free level for example. – Eduan |

There is not “Edit your profile” page I’m afraid. That page is set to wherever you choose to use the s2Member profile shortcode. Most people use the login welcome page for that. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Member Profile Modifications for more info on that shortcode. – Eduan |

OK, good luck. However, saying this now, it’s most probably going to be impossible to make AWeber send all the emails. Also it’s insecure. – Eduan |

I see. Then that means that something is interfering with that process. But it’s strange some get sent and some don’t. :/ In any case, Jason contacted me about this:

Hello Bridie, This is not possible with level 0 I’m afraid. You can achieve this with paid levels and trial periods. But pretty sure this is not possible with level 0. Might be wrong though, if you use trial periods. Again, don’t take my word. :) – Eduan |

Hello Karyl, I believe this page can be overridden with the success=”” attribute. Check under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Shortcode Attributes (Explained) -› success. – Eduan |

I don’t think their IP address will make a difference in this case. :/ Also, BTW, Jason has not gotten back to me about this. :( For now, what you can do is install the Email Log plugin and see it’s logs. If a member doesn’t receive an email, but Email Log does log it, it means there’s either a problem with your server, or the user’s email service. – Eduan |

Hello Joe, I do not understand what the problem is… Could you please clarify? Do you not understand where to put the PayPal button shortcodes that you’ve generated? – Eduan |
