Hello Frederic, I don’t understand what the problem is… Is your problem the fact that you are not finding how to translate some parts of s2Member that you wish to translate? – Eduan |

Hello Gary, I noticed this in the quote you provided:
This is probably true. When you delete that, does the issue get solved? – Eduan |

I see. Well I’m afraid that’s not currently possible with the pro-forms without some modifications to them. However, if you use buttons this should be VERY easy to achieve using a Must Use Plugin. :) You would implement a hack similar to this one of mine: http://eduantech.com/2012/09/donation-button-that-gives-access/ – Eduan |

Well, I’m not sure what the problem may be. :/ If the user is already a paid user, why would he need the free pro-form to be pre-filled? s2Member wouldn’t even allow the user to use that form anyway. :/ – Eduan |

Hello Nigel, I’m afraid I don’t understand what the problem is. Currently, if s2Member protects a piece of content then not even search engines will be able to access it, unless they can prove they are a member in your website (which AFAIK, is not possible). If users access your website, can they see an excerpt of the content? Even if it’s blocked. – Eduan |

Hello Larry, I’m afraid s2Member is not made for this kind of job without some really heavy modifications. To start with, s2Member does not deal with non-digital content, so you would have to add the part about sending the patrons the cards, or you can send them manually. And second, s2Member doesn’t currently have any kind of key code kind of verification. The only thing that counts like that is a user’s password. Another similar thing would be specific post/page access links, although those are limited in time and are shareable. In all honesty, s2Member is not made for this. It’s possible it’s going to be easier to make a new plugin for this. However, this is just opinion, never having made a plugin I can’t say for sure. :) – Eduan |

Hello Wayne, Could you please provide a link to your website, and if possible also provide a test user? You can temporarily remove the content for that level if your website isn’t live yet. – Eduan |

Hello jay, So you mean like a one-time deal? Like, take it or leave it kinda thing? And only for users with a specified level? Or only for very certain users you choose? In any case, would the settings under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› One-Time Offers (Upon Login) work for you? If I’ve misunderstood what you mean, please say so. :) – Eduan |

The problem is not s2Member, or WordPress, if Email Log says the emails got sent, then WordPress told your server to do it, whether your server does it, or the service receives it, that’s where the problem lies. And I’m not sure. If any email is sent by AWeber it will only be the one confirming the user’s subscription to whatever mailing list you setup with AWeber, nothing else. – Eduan |

I see… In that case you would need to use buttons, or modify the pro-forms. And you would need to figure out a way to know the user’s location from the IP. I can’t provide any help with that however. :/ |

Hello Donald, Could you please give us a link to the page/post with the problem you’re describing. Also, if possible, if you’re using a pro-form, could you please share the shortcode you’re using? – Eduan |

Hello Rita, I’m afraid I don’t understand the problem you’re having. Basically, you want to know if you could make a pro-form that allows the user to select what level to pay for, and change dynamically to that? – Eduan |

Hello Dave, Sorry for the delay, Jason and Bruce have not been active this last couple of days, so it’s only me and Cristian. Thanks for your patience. :) So if I understood correctly, the problem you’re having is that the free registration form is NOT pre-filling the fields with the already registered (and logged in) user’s values. Correct? – Eduan |

Hello there, It’s not actually strange that you don’t receive the email in some services. – In Gmail it’s considered spam. These are my guesses on what happened of course. Don’t take them for granted. Could you please install the Email Log plugin and try again with all the different email adresses? Then check the plugin’s logs and see if the email got sent in all of them. – Eduan |

Hello Dave, That is very possible (and simple too). :) You would simply use s2Member conditionals on your login welcome page. You would check if the user is a level 0 user, if he is then tell him to upgrade. Check this article for more info on conditionals: Knowledge Base » s2Member® Conditionals – Eduan |

Hello Mark, I’m afraid currently s2Member doesn’t support sub-domains. You’ll have to install s2Member separately on the main and sub-domains and have a script or something that syncs the DBs or something. :/ Once you figure that out, I’m not sure if it’ll make it easier, but that’s something that you’ll have to figure out first if you want to have several websites with 1 s2Member installation. I hope I didn’t misunderstand your question. :) – Eduan |

Hello Dan, This problem is not caused by s2Member. s2Member does NOT add a contact list or something like that. Only if you made a custom field and you made it required and you made it hidden, only then would this happen, although I’m not sure that’s possible. Or another plugin, or your theme is causing this problem. Please try these common trouble shooting tips: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips – Eduan |

Hello George, I’m afraid I don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve… What do you mean redirect away? s2Member doesn’t redirect away from the wp-login.php page/file, ever… So what is the problem? Or what are you trying to achieve? – Eduan |
